Cobra Kai was slowly taking over the valley
So much so my therapist has been texting me on the daily and appointments with her are up to twice a week.
I drove to miyagi-do with Bea, after a conversation with bird man it was decided she would learn Miyagi-Do.
"Are you sure about this?"I asked her "Yeah! I mean I gotta learn how to defend myself in somewhere...I do feel bad for Anthony though."She responded
"Why? What happened?" I asked "Kenny...kinda put his head in a toilet...full of shit."She responded "Ew"I said finally pulling in. "Are you sure you ready for this?"I asked her. "Yep, Mom said she's going to pick me up so you can stay inside and not have to see your version of hell."She said getting out of the car and standing at the door
"Okay be safe love you."I responded and she said love you back before closing the door and running off.
I started to do some of the anxiety tactics my therapist taught me. "Everything's going to be okay, everything's going to be ok-"I said before being scared by a knock at my door, it was a Demetri.
I rolled down my window, "You know to kinda join karate you have to get out of your car."He said chuckling while I rolled my eyes. "Yeah I know except I'm still not doing karate. Just dropping off Bea."I said "Oh right, today's her first day. Don't worry Lia she'll be fine."He said
"I hope so, please watch her. I don't want her to get hurt-"I started to rant but he cut me off "Trust me she will be fine and we'll keep an eye on her. I don't think she'll need it though."He responded and I nodded before driving off.
I went to therapy and as soon as I walked in Courtney stood up
"Okay listen I know Cobra Kai is everywhere now so this is a emergency appointment."She said and I chuckled but nodded
"So what's currently going on in your mind?"She asked me "Well my little sister started karate today." "Cobra Kai?" "No Miyagi-Do just reopened and she's doing that. My anxiety's acting up because of it though." I responded
"That makes sense, people you know go there?" "Yeah my old sensei teaches it and our cousin and some of my childhood best friends are there. I think she'll be fine."I responded
I hope she is.

Me and Rose were coloring later waiting for mom and Bea to get home. "Why is the sun purple Rose?" "Cause I felt like making it purple!"She said
For a 4 year old she has a lot of sass. We heard the door open and in walked Bea and Mom. "Hey how was it?"I asked her with a pit still in my stomach
"it was great actually! We learnt from I think his name was Chozen. But I learnt alot in one day and I'm excited for more."Bea said as Mom held her head "And we will support you honey. Just as long as it's not Cobra Kai."
