He and his older brother were in the Ice Kingdom for an errand, probably a delivery, and he ended up tripping over several things. One of them was a bad fall, quite a few dragons are staring, his brother is pretending he doesn't know him despite travelling there with him, and Ivory comes over to check on him and make sure he's ok.
