Presumed Dead

Sonya's POV...
A small group of soldiers came to me. "We're sorry, General. We couldn't find him." One of them told me.
"No...i refuse to believe that...he's not dead..." I said.
"We found the remains of the chopper. But no bodies were found." Another said. "We have to believe it blew up the pilot and Y/n." I didn't want to believe it. My boyfriend is dead.

Y/n's POV...

I woke up and felt a heavy breathing on my face. I thought i was dead. "Hello there, gorgeous." I heard in a female voice. I looked up and saw someone in all purple. "What the hell happened?" I asked. I went to scratch my head with my left hand...but there was a problem. Baraka chopped it off. I looked at it and saw it was completely robotic. I freaked out and fell out of the bed. "Hey, easy, pal. You're still healing. You're lucky your back survived that fall." She said.
"Where am I? Who are you...?" I asked as I rose, my real hand shaking as I stared in shock at my robotic hand.
"I'm Milena. And i saved you. Baraka chopped your hand off. You were still losing blood when i found you. I burned the skin to cauterize the wound and then I had to attach the robotic hand to you." Milena told me. I started at her in surprise. "How do you know Baraka did this?" I asked.
"I don't see how it couldn't be him." She simply said.
"Listen...i don't care if you...rescued me. I need to return to base. My girlfriend is there..."
"Oh, you mean Special Forces? They abandoned the search for your body. They assumed you died in the explosion." She told me. I couldn't believe it. The whole force...even Sonya...betrayed me. "They've put you as presumed dead."
"So I'll never see Sonya again..." I whispered to myself. Tears came to my eyes. But another thought came to me. "I must show them I'm still alive." I said loud enough for Milena to hear.
"You want revenge for being abandoned?" She asked.
"No..." I knew i did. "I just want to show them i never died." I got up from bed. I saw a small table with melee weapons on it. I always trained myself with melee weapons in case it ever came to it. I grabbed a sword. "This will come in handy." I said as I took it.
