Emma Severide is also not my character, they're made by my friend (who may I add - is amazing) :)

When Emma was 14 she ran away to find her older brother she's never met as their dad had an affair and her mother left her alone without any adults

Is there anything extra you would like to add? : Hers and Kelly's dad (Benny) had an Affair without Kelly knowing, she was never around her dad as her parents split before she was born. Her mother made her homeschooled so she could go out and drink all day, her mother was also very absent and left Emma alone at a young age, one-day Emma found out about her older brother Kelly Severide and found out he was in Chicago, so she ran away and made her way from England to Chicago on her own at 14.
