"Vines? What do you mean?" Lord Patrick asked.
"Vines of powerful darkness. It destroyed the outpost and destroyed everyone in it." Stella answered.
"Our in-tell tells us that there are more dark vines." Azura said.
"Where are the vines coming from?" Kane asked.
I turn away. They looked at me.
"You know something don't you?" Lord Patrick asked.
I let out a breath. I knew this would happen. I know these vines. I know where they're coming from. Though I goddamn wish I didn't. I had wished that she would not come for me. But perhaps it's time to pay for my sins.
"There's a forest. A forest unlike any other. A forest that homes in darkness. There is a great evil there. The vines are from the forest." I say.
"You know where it is?" Lord Patrick asked.
I nod. I wish by God I didn't.
"We can't just rush into this forest. I need to analyze the vines." Azura said.
"And we need to prepare for the Nether armies. Scout's report they are advancing to a nearby village. I'm sending you all." He gestured to all of us.
I nod. I quickly left.
"Has anyone noticed that he's been acting weird?" Stella asked.
