The next day Evan Buckley wakes up to his alarm and gets dressed, he had asked Bobby if he could have the day off to stay with Alexis as today her parents are coming to see her. So the blue eyed boy gets dressed and heads to his car, on the way her stops to get cookies for Alexis and him to have later. In hope to cheer her up.
~At the hospital~
Buck: hey I'm here to see Alexis May
Receptionist: Who are you to the patient?
Buck: A friend
Receptionist: Ok room number is 214 on the left in the recovery ward.
Buck: Thank you!
So he heads to her room and sees her crying so rushes in to check on her
Buck: hey hey, Alexis it's me! I'm here!
Alexis: I can't...I can't do it
Buck: you can't do what?
Alexis: be in the same room as...as them.
Buck: who?
Alexis: Them..
He looks at where the girl is looking and sees a woman and a man stood, starring into the room with beady dark eyes
Buck: who are they?
Alexis: my parents.
(A/m=Alexis's Mom. A/d=Alexis's Dad)
A/m: hey sweetpea
The woman says heading to Alexis with open arms
Alexis: don't. Touch me.
A/d: Now Alexis that isn't the way to talk to your mother.
Alexis: right uh sorry..
A/d: sorry...?
Alexis: Dad
A/d looks at her with a furrowed brow
Alexis: Sir..sorry..sir.
Buck thought that her dad making her call him sir was strange but brushed it off, if only he'd realised sooner as to why she had to call him sir.
A/m: if it's ok with you?
Buck: Evan!
A/m: Evan, can we have some time to talk to Alexis, alone? Please..
He looks at the girl who has a pleading look and sees she doesn't want him to leave but doesn't want to start anything so...
Buck: Sure.
He walks up to girl Alexis a hug and whispers something to her that calms her a bit
Buck: Athena and I will be right outside the door, watching ok, just wink at the window if you want us to come in.
The girl calms down and relaxes a small bit before watching him exit the room leaving her and her parents alone.
A/d: what in god's name were you thinking!
A/m: honestly Alexis. what you tried to do was so so SO unbelievable. you haven't changed one bit.
Alexis: what's that supposed to me mom
A/d: that you're still the same selfish little girl you were before you left us.
Alexis: Why do you think I left hm?
A/m: because you're selfish and greedy and leave when things don't go your way.
A/d: because you feel like the world is against you. Being a teen is soooo hard, you don't know the half of it kid
