A sudden urge to see the sea, to reach for the stars and to reach for her
I don't remember, when I last saw her face
Her fragile expressions, painted white & blue by the sunny rays
Grazed by the shimmer of the ocean dance
A sense of purity, youth and ease, a quality so beautiful and yet unseen
It's not that I long for her, nor for the sea
But rather what was there, and the moments in the breeze
The feeling of spring before flowers first bloomed
A season that passed, like the fleeting tides of the ocean sea
I suddenly urge for a place to be
For one last time, and as the petals turn pale
I want to be carried, oh-so badly, by the ocean blue waves
