As Jack was going to find Ana, he ran into Angela. She smiled at him.
"Good-morning Jack. How are you feeling?" She asked.

Jack swept by her. "I'm fine. Where's Ana? And where's Gabriel???"
Angela grabbed his shoulder gently.

"Really Jack, are you okay? You were injured pretty badly from.. the fight." He glared at her.

"It wasn't a fight. Gabriel was confused." He said defensively. She sighed. "Jack you quite literally have a black eye and are bruised in multiple areas. You passed out because you were so injured!" She scolded him.

He walked by her, annoyed, and went to find Ana.
"She's in the kitchen." Angela sighed.

Jack made his way in the kitchen to find Ana drinking her usual tea. She looked up at him and gave him a good look.

"It's good to see you up and well, Jack." She said. He crossed his arms. "Where is Gabriel."

Ana tilted her head and hesitated, then sipped her tea again.
"Gabriel was just about to kill you, last night. Im glad we decided to follow you, because if we wouldn't have, he would've shot you." She said to him bluntly.

Jack stood there with his mouth open, surprised at her tone of voice.
"He wasn't going to kill me damn it! He was confused!" Jack shouted, getting irritated. Jack didn't fully remember all the details of what happened, but he knew Gabriel and him were sharing a moment together at one point.

Ana gave him a ill look.

"Jack, I don't care if he was confused or not, he had a shotgun right next to your head and was about to pull the trigger."

Jack rolled his eyes. "Okay well, where is he?"
Angela came up behind Jack.
"He is in my laboratory. I'm going to start doing some tests on him to see how I can help." She said, sounding sincere about it.

"Okay, thank you Angela." He said while going towards her lab. She opened her mouth to speak but he was already gone.

Ana sighed. "He doesn't realize what state he is in right now. You might want to talk to him after a bit and explain it."

As he was heading towards the lab he heard growling sounds coming from that direction. Jack was angry at the way Ana acted like it was Gabriels fault at what happened last night. Gabriel was about to tell Jack something, but then something about him just... changed.

He walked in, the door creaking quietly and saw Gabriel laying on a lab table, with his hands tied down to it. He was growling in frustration.

Jack hurried towards him. "Gabriel, are you okay?" He asked, concerned.
Gabriel growled again, louder. "Grrgh.. get me out of here, Jack...." he winced.

"Why do you want to leave so badly?" Jack questioned him. Gabriel looked uncomfortable and it started to bother Jack that he was tied up, as if he was a monster.

"Because I don't belong here." Jack stared at him. "You do belong here, Gabriel..." Jack gently placed a hand on his shoulder.

Gabriel thrusted himself forwards trying to pull up out from the cuffs but failed. "LET ME OUT OF HERE JACK DAMN IT!" He hissed.

Jack pulled back quickly, looking shocked.

"I can't get you out from here for you to go back to that hellhole. We are going to try to help you."
Gabriel glared at Jack. "I don't belong here with the people who left me behind."

Jack froze and stared at him. He didn't know what to say.
"That's right Jack. I know that you left me behind that day." Gabriel growled.

"I... I didn't leave you behind. I was alone when I woke up myself. I didn't..." he paused.

"What happened that day, Gabriel?" Jack asked him, wanting to fill in some blanks.
Gabriel scoffed. "That doesn't matter anymore. I've changed now and become stronger..." he tilted cocked his head and looked to Jack.

"Come with me, Jack. Leave this place and come with me. We can be strong together." Gabriel grinned.

Jack stood there, then shifted.
"I want you here." Jack said, not giving in.
"I want you with me~" Gabriel whined. He smirked at Jack.

"Come help me out of here, Jack.. We can be together again, after all this time. Fighting together." He said, trying to convince Jack.

Jack stared at him, then got closer to Gabriel, and sat on the edge of the table.

"Gabriel... I... I want to be with you, I do.. but I can't let you out. Talon is using you!" Jack said, fighting Gabriels charm.

"Please, Jackie..?" Gabriel begged, whining again. Jack's face heated up, and he blushed. Gabriel used to always call him that.

"Jack..." Gabriel started. "Come here..." Jack leaned down to Gabriel and their faces had hardly no distance between them.

As soon as their lips touched a door opened behind Jack, and Jack threw himself upwards and quickly stood up straight.

Angela came in, with Ana behind her, and Jack spun around to them, flustered.

Ana raised an eyebrow at Jack. Jack sweated a little and quickly said, "I was just making sure he was okay."

Gabriel cackled. "You two sure don't know how to give two some privacy, right, Jackie~?" Jack stood there, embarrassed, and stared at the floor.

Ana sighed loudly and nudged Angela. Angela cleared her throat and stood up straight. "Gabriel is in some sort of brainwashing currently that makes him try to trick you into letting him leave and it makes him much, much stronger. Im assuming its from Moira."

Gabriel growled at hearing that name. Jack shifted, still caught off guard. "Okay, well how soon can you help him?"

"Im going to start doing research today." Angela said. Jack sat down in a chair, anxiously.
"She can't have you in here while she is working, Jack." Ana said to him.

Jack got up, sighed and went over to Gabriel. Gabriel grunted and Jack put a hand on him. "I will be back, okay?" Jack whispered to him.

Something looked a bit different in Gabriels eyes, as if he understood what he said, while looking up at Jack. Even if he wasn't exactly in the right state of mind right now.

Jack turned, and saw Angela and Ana looking at Jack, almost in a pitying way, and Jack left. Ana wasn't far behind him. It was time for Angela to get to work.
