The son of poseidon watched as Annabeth scanned the pages of her new book. Percy couldn't have been bothered to read the cover of the daughter of Athena's new "love interest". "Annabeth!" Percy huffed, shuffling slightly. Annabeth sighed for the hundredth time, looking up from the pages.

"Yes Percy?" She yawned. The black haired teen always thought her yawns were adorable, the way her eyes scrunched and mouth opened wide. "Are you done yet?" He asked, a silly little smirk playing at his pink lips. The blonde shook her head. "No seaweed brain, I told you, I wanna read today. We got to do what you wanted yesterday." She protested.

Percy sighed. Why did Annnabeth have to be a daughter of Athena. Don't get him wrong, he loved how much of a smart ass she was, but the amount of time she spent reading, opposed to hanging and smooching with Percy was ridiculous!

Percy crawled over to his girlfriend, snatching the book out of her hands. She let out a cry of protest. "Percy!" She yelled, utterly annoyed. Percy gave her a lop sided smile and set the book down. He wrapped his arms around Annabeth's waist and pulled her onto his lap. He cureassed her cheek and Annabeth leaned into his touch.

"Percy..." She sighed. Shushing her, Percy pressed his lips to hers. They molded together perfectly, a symphony of love. Her lips were soft and warm, and his were slightly chapped. Annabeth tasted sweet and Percy couldn't get enough. Pulling away, Annabeth blushed. "I love you..." She giggled. Woah...Percy raised his eyebrows. "Wow. Annabeth Chase giggled." Annabeth laughed, slapping Percy lightly on the chest. "Stop!
Y/N's Point of view

I watched from the tiled roof of the Aphrodite cabin. Giggles erupted from the inside. These children were worse than the Venus cabin at the Roman Camp. I sighed. The Roman camp... It seemed I never fit in there. My battle instincts didn't adapt well to the Roman tactics. I didn't like the activities set for the cohearts. They seemed silly.

The worse thing was, I was yet to be claimed. It had been a few months, and by now, everyone at camp was claimed. Even the newbies. I was an outcast. Jason and Frank tried to help. They sent prayers to their parents, asking for mine to claim me. I felt unwanted. My own godly father didn't want me. Reyna had taken me aside one day and asked me for a favor. Of course I would say yes! This would rase my status within camp.

She had asked me to spy on the greeks. It was believed that they had taken a Roman camper hostage. I had trouble believing that. Why would the Greeks take a Roman? After the war with Gaia, the Roman and Greek camps had been at peace. Why change that now? But I followed orders. She was my praetor, after all. She had given me specific directions to bring her the following people;

-Drew, daughter of Aphrodite
-Piper, daughter of Aphrodite
and finally
-Leo, son of Hephaestus.

I knew I would have trouble. She had asked me to bring them in, dead or alive. This seemed a bit dark for Reyna, though she had always been angry since the Gaia battle. No one understood why. Perhaps because it was Octavius who had betrayed her and she no longer trusted anybody.

Nonetheless, I continued. So now, here I sat, waiting to attack Drew. Luckily, it was night, so my black shirt, boots and pants camouflaged well. My blonde hair was tied up in a high ponytail, small strands of hair framing my face. My blue grayish eyes studied my surroundings. This should be easy. I had been told to look out for Percy Jackson, son of Poseidon. He was very powerful, and a great fighter.

Taking a breath, I spotted a girl emerge from the Aphrodite cabin. She had beach blonde hair and pounds of make up. "Drew!" Someone screeched after her. I knew I found the girl. Leaping stealthily from roof to roof, I slipped into the shadows. I watched Drew storm away from the pink house. She was finally in solitude. I doubted she had fighting skills. Most Aphrodite children didn't. But I couldn't rely on a guess. I had to kill her swiftly. Grabbing my dagger tightly in my fist, I leapt at Drew. She screamed when she saw me emerge. She tried to run, but I slammed her to the ground. Wrapping my hand around her throat tightly, the screams cut off.
