I stormed over to the classroom door and open it.
"Oh, Cassidy, your here." The teacher said.
I went to my seat and sat in it, this very pissed.
"Oh, I almost forgot, Cassidy you and Y/N will be working together on a project."
Y/N's POV
"WHAT?!"
We both said at the same time. I noticed Cassidy looking as mad as I was.
A project with her?
I don't even like her!
I raised my hand, "Teacher, Can I please have another partner?"
"No, Y/N, no one is allowed to change partners."
"Great, just great," I mutter.
After class finished, you quickly ran away not wanting to run into Cassidy.
You walled home, not looking to be partners with her...
What if, you skip school? Then you wouldn't have to work with her?!
But the project is worth half of your grade so no...
You sigh, as you open the door to your hours and go straight upstairs to your room, and tossed your bag down.
Your parents were not home yet, so you had hours to yourself and your older brother was still at school.
You decided to go to the kitchen and find a snack to eat. You went downstairs looking for something till you were interrupted by a phone ringing.
You looked over at the phone on the wall and went over to answer it, you couldn't hear anyone on the other line.
"Hello?" You say.
"..."
"Hello?" You say again.
"..."
But nothing...
You put the phone back on the wall.
"Weird."
You say to yourself and continue to look for a snack.
A few hours went past and you were in your room till you heard the front door open, it was your bother.
You ran out of your room and went downstairs and hugged your brother.
"Hey, Y/N, how are you?" He replied, hugging you back.
"Alright." You say.
"How was school?" You paused, let go of your bother, and looked away.
"It was not good, I got paired with this girl for a project and She has been mean to me ever since In class today I flipped her off cause she was messing with me!"
"Y/N, you can't just flip a person off!
Your bother shouted.
"I know, but she messed with me first!
Your bother pinches the bridge of his nose and sighs.
"When are you supposed to do this project?"
"Umm, I'm not sure but one thing is for sure, I'm working with her!"
You say turning around and walking off but your bother is grabbed up by the shirt and he turns you around to face him.
"Y/N, you have to do this project, and if you don't Mom and Dad are not going to be happy with you," He says, bending down to your level and looking you in the eyes.
You sigh out of frustration, "Fine, I will do it."
He smiled at you and he leaves you in your thoughts.
You didn't have any other choices left, you just have to work with her and see how this will work.
