It's been 30 mins since the recent meeting I had with the board but I still feel drained. Today is very tiring since my PA is on leave. I am currently skimming through the folders on my desk when my office door suddenly opens.

He continued to vent out while pointing his finger on my chest like he's giving all his frustrations towards me so I catch his hand. Preventing it from touching me.

"Well I am not at peace since that night I had it with you. Maybe you're a witch and you put a spell on me. I can't get enough of it and it's hunting me day and night. Now that I found you, I will not let you get away anymore. Do you hear me?" I said to him which sounds more like a plea.

The omega was dumbfounded by my advances that he could no longer contain his flustered face. I know this time, he is no longer blushing because of anger and frustration.

However, his reply made me and everyone around us gasp in shock.

I didn't even expect him to retaliate.

"Despicable." He uttered with a tint of mockery. "Why are most of the Alphas so narcissistic? You guys think that just because you're at the top of the gender hierarchy, you can do whatever you want, get whatever you desire, and humiliate those who are below your rank? Huh?"
