"LAURIER, MOORE, MADDEN AND GALLAGHER, YOURE WITH ALTMAN." A resident read the names of interns off a list. Aurora stood at the nurses station, filling im some charts, smiling to herself, excited to finally be a resident.
When Aurora turned around, she was faced with her doe-eyed interns who she was pretty sure would make her life hell, like her and the rest made Baileys.
"I have five rules. Memorize them." She started, leaning onto the desk. A blonde boy, made a face at her, looking her up and down. "None of that." She shook her head. "Rule number one, don't bother sucking up, it's annoying. Trauma protocols, phone lists, pagers. The nurses will page you. You answer every page at a run-- a run."
