It was the morning after it spoke to you,

You wondered what it meant,

You hadn't seen it today,

And you thought to yourself that a new silence had begun,

But as you left your house,

It was there,

Watching,

Starring,

You did your best to ignore it,

But still it was there,

You continued on to your destination,

Seeing it in every other street,

A deep sense of fear was present in your mind,

As well as a flurry of questions,

Questions that needed answers,

Soon you arrived at your destination,

The local library,

And to your right,

You saw the lone walker staring from under a tree.
