Request: Can a make a request for Vanessa were before she went after eric that she met a shy fem reader who is a mermaid human hybrid and thought she was cute and she totally forgot about the whole ariel situation and focused on fem reader and while getting to know fem reader she asked her out and fem reader said yes.

Vanessa was on her way to the castle totally prepared to interfere with Ariel's plans that was until something well more like someone caught her eye. She turned and watched as you swam to the shoreline with what looked like a tail until you reached land and that's when she saw you walk on land with legs, which piqued her interest as you grabbed a towel and dried off before running off. 

Suddenly she was no longer interested in the Prince but instead, she was interested in you the cute hybrid she had seen last night. She spent the next morning looking all around for you until she quite literally bumped into you making you fall to the ground. 

"Oh my god, I'm so sorry. I wasn't paying attention to where I was going.." She said helping you up. 

"Thank you, but it's alright really." You said to her trying to hide the fact that you thought she was really pretty. 

"I'm Vanessa by the way." She said offering her hand out to you. 

"That's a pretty name. I'm y/n." You said shaking her hand. 

"Yours is even prettier, would have any interest in maybe exploring the markets together and getting to know each other?" She asked you with a smile. 

"I would love that." You said to her. 

You two walked around the market getting to know each other and you found that you two had a lot in common. After walking around for a bit, you two sat down by the beach and watched the sunset where you guys continued talking before you two decided to head home. 

"Will I see you tomorrow?" You asked her as she walked you home.

 "Yes, maybe breakfast by the shore?" She asked you.

"I would love that. Goodnight Vanessa." You said giving her a smile.

Over the next few days, you found yourselves falling for each other even more, and now you were spending more time together, you were hardly seen without one another. Currently, you two were playing in the water and yes she knew about your little secret but she didn't care, it still made her love you if not more. 

"hey y/n, can I ask you something?" She said as you two took a seat on the towel that you two had set up from your picnic. 

"Of course, what is it?" You asked looking at her.

 "I was wondering if maybe you be interested in going on an official date with me tomorrow night?" She asked you. 

"I would love to." You said pressing a kiss to her cheek.
