Izuku Midoryia
A man that All Might would never dare to forget. When he encountered them in this library, there was no words he knew that could describe how he felt. As the symbol of peace, he had met all kinds of heroes and vilains. He had seen the best of human kind like the very worst of it, and had known people who changed him more that he would ever dare to admit.
but none had marked him like Midoryia did. They held the stature and aura of... "something" infinitely older, greater and more powerful that any human could ever hope to become. Their presence was like a black hole, and endless vacuum that pulled everything around to consume all, leaving nothing left behind.
For the first time since AFO, All Might felt OFA violently reacting to another source of power, as he felt the temperature of his body significantly drop. If the theory of his old master was correct, if OFA could could truly communicate its feelings to its owner via those sensations. Then for the first time since its creation, the quirk was terrified.
For the first time in all his life, All Might had felt insignificant compare to someone.
To say that the number one hero was shocked was an understatement, but what surprised him the most was that such a man was never heard of, especially by the HSCP. He tried to learn more about the individual by trying to start a friendly conversation. He quickly learned that Midoryia was someone of few words.
Izuku : We are but a simple bisness worker with interest for any kind of knowledge. This world is a fascinating thing to observe, is it not ? Humans should take more of their time appreciating it. Wouldn't you agree ?
Those were the only words that would ever left Midoryia's mouth before they got back to reading. It was clear that All Might would not get anything more from the man, but as he took time to reflect on those words he realized that it was more than enough for now. After an hour and a half Mr Midoryia leaved the library, leaving All Might alone, drowning himself in questions
Toshinori Yagi : I should talk to Nedzu and Tsukauchi. Surely they could get anything of interest about them...
------------------------------------
The power inhabiting this human was... interesting, to say the least. They could feel that it had a mind of its own, it even seems to hold 7 sentient beings at its heart, as it was hiding itself inside a frail and pathetic vessel of flesh. The most fascinating fact about it, was that it seemed to live in symbiosis with the broken human serving as its container. Although it was clear that the vessel needed to be replaced soon.
Izuku : A sentient power existing in harmony with a user who has a mind of its own. It is the first occurrence of such a phenomenon presenting itself to us, more observation will be needed in the futur.
The Vessel continued their way back home, satisfied with the amount of discoveries they have made today. The trip back was quiet and without usual disturbances, like vilains causing a scene big enough to attract forces of law. Only a few, foolish enough tried to rob or attack them. They were swiftly disposed off.
Unfortunately, it seems that a simple trip between two points in a human city was impossible. Further up in the street was three teenagers beating up a fourth purple haired one. Curiosity picked by this violant display, they decided to learn the reason for such brutality being done by human children.
The three teenagers were continuing their actions without any care, insulting the fourth child and calling him a vilain. But with each steps Izuku took towards them, the slowly stopped as they started to feel the impact of The Vessel's presence. The 2 most passive of them froze solid in terror, as Izuku's aura become heavier with each step.
While all colors drained quickly from those two's faces and their heart almost stopped, their leader with an explosive quirk took more time to react. However, it was not long before the boy in question shakily turned to face Midoryia, trying desperately to keep a defiant and courageous look on his face.
explosive blond : What do you want old man !
Izuku : To now the meaning and reason for this scenery.
The three boys could not prevent their body from flinching, as they felt the low and deep voice of Midoryia resonating into their very being. All looks of defiance vanished from the blond's face, as looking into their eyes felt like they were getting teared apart.
explosive blond : He- he is f**king vilain ! We were just putting him in his place !
Izuku : A futur vilain, you say ?
long fingers : Y-y-yes sir, he as a villainous quirk ! A brainwashing quirk !
Izuku : A... vilainous... quirk... ? So you are attributing moral values to his powers ? Why are you involving this flawed and biased human invention, build on emotions with the value of this boy ability ?
the three of them : ... *look at each other terrified*
Midoryia walk past them towards the almost unconscious teenager on the ground, making the three bullies immediately step away from their path by pure survival instinct. They took a few seconds to determine the boy's wounds before slowly getting back up, carrying the boy in their arms. They turned back.
Izuku : Begone, before your existence ends here...
The three of them fled without any second thoughts, under the gaze of a confused Izuku. How or why humans would kill each other for simply having a certain type of power was simply beyond them. Shortly after they heard a pained groan coming from the kid in their arms. They looked down to see the boy smiling weakly at them.
purple haired kid : th-thank you s-sir. For h-helping me.
Izuku : Do not think to much of it young one, let us take you back home.

Well, as you all can see in this chapter I am really not a fan of humanity. And seriously, MHA's society is so f**ked up it made me want to completely obliterate Izuku's universe when I discovered it.
Especially Bakugo, for someone who as been subject to bullying myself I absolutely despise this disgusting peace of s**t ! And when I learned how much he was loved in the community, it made my even more disgusted in humanity.
