It was the day after the sludge accident, and The Vessel was once again getting to his workplace. However, they were not expecting having to deal with the repercussion of their intervention so soon. First of all, everyone who they crossed path with while getting to work recognized them and had to ignore numerous questions.
Once they arrived to work, they were welcomed like a hero which was quite infuriating to deal with. They did not want to think of what would have happened if they were prone to emotions. Their colleges told them that the boss was waiting for them in his office with two special guests who wanted to meet them. '
They entered the C.E.O's office to see him with two people they recognized easily, the first one being Toshinori Yagi and the the second one being the famous hybrid animal, better known as the principal of UA Nedzu.
Izuku : Are they here to arrest us ? If so, a major memory wipe will be needed. However, this may prove to be an opportunity...
C.E.O. : Ah ! Midoryia my best employee, come forward !
Izuku : Your best employee ? We do have the best results, but this is the first time this human bestowed this title to us. It's because of what happened yesterday, we suppose ? Humans and their obsession with violence...
Izuku : You have called us in your office... we suppose that you did so at the demand of these 2 special guests here, if we are not mistaken ?
Izuku took a few seconds to look both at the principal and Yagi in the eyes, Toshinori flinched in response to their gaze, by pure reflexe they supposed. As for Nedzu, the creature seemed to have a mix of primordial fear and fascination when looking at them, interesting...
C.E.O. : Yes indeed ! Still as observant as always, not a surprise. (Midoryia would have rolled their eyes if they could.) I'm sure that mister Nedzu would be happy to tell you anything, isn't it sir ?
Nedzu : Absolutely, we suppose that you already have an idea of the reason for our presence here ? In your place of work ?
Izuku : Our interference in the incident concerning a certain slug vilain. This would also explain the presence of mister Yagi.
Nedzu : Partially, Toshinori here also reported me of the time you met at the library. You left him with quite the impression Midoryia-san. And someone who does so on All Might's secretary with a mere day to day encounter ? That individual, is bound to get my attention. Besides, Yagi is not the only person reporting about you to me.
Izuku : *narrow their eyes* May we learn how this is relevant to the situation at hand ?
Nedzu : Not a "man" for useless blathering I see ? Then let's get to the point. Midoryia-san, not only did you displayed immense power and remarkable efficiency, but from what I learned from your colleges and the regulars of this library, that you also posses vast knowledge over many if not all subjects.
Toshinori : Midoryia-san, your powers would easily put you in the top 3 of the international hero ranking system. Not only that, but you also possess, from what we learned, a fascinating if not terrifying nihilistic view on the world and today's hero society. We think that your approach on those subjects could help better prepare the next generation of heroes.
Nedzu : Yagi-san is right, and this is why we are here ! Not to arrest you, but to offer you a job as teacher in UA. Besides, we also have been planing to create an analysis class for our students for about 5 years now. We wish to develop their ability to learn their opponent's powers quickly, but also learning to keep a calm and analytic mind in every situations.
Toshinori : And you would be the perfect candidate for such a post Midoryia-san. Your comment and actions during the slime incident did not go unnoticed, especially from us.
Izuku : ... We see... *look at the C.E.O.* What is your opinion on the mater ?
C.E.O. : You are my best employee Midoryia, and your departure would be a great loss to our company. But those gentleman are right, keeping you here would a big waste of your talents. So, the choice is yours. Know that whatever option you take, you will get a big raise either way.
Nedzu : So, Midoryia-san. What is your decision ?
The vessel was in deep reflection about the ordeal, this would cause them to get a considerable amount of attention very soon, which may not be preferable... But they also knew about the big storm coming, and taking this new position would get them a front seat to the futur events that could cement their final choice. Plus, they would be able to use their power and unmake humans far more freely.
What will they choose to do ?
Izuku : How much time do you wish to give us, before we have to give you an answer ?
Nedzu : With the entrance exam being in 3 days, we will wait for your answer until tomorrow night. This would allow you to have a full day to integrate into our school staff and learn about UA's infrastructures.
Izuku : this sounds reasonable, you will have our answer before tomorrow night. Our thanks for this opportunity Nedzu-san.
Nedzu : We would be fools to not do so. I really hope to receive a positive answer tomorrow, have a nice day Midoryia-san.
Toshinori : Looking forward to work with you if you were to accept, I really could use your help again. *leaves with Nedzu*
C.E.O. : Alright Midoryia, you can go back to work now.
Izuku : Of course, sir...

Once the end of the afternoon came, Izuku exited their work place after rejecting many propositions to celebrate their "heroic" actions. (even though, they didn't care about the fires they put out and the lives they saved that day.) Their coworkers wanted to get everyone into a bar and go berserk on the alcohol.
They were NOT interested.
Once back home, they took an hour to have enjoy silence and reflect about the proposition. This was a hard decision to make as choices had equally great pros and cons. Maybe this night's hunt for knowledge will provide a new perspective on the mater ?
They waited until midnight to go into their usual quest for knowledge and the more time they passed hunting for beings to unmade, the more they realized that the best choice must be one that will simplify their mission the most.
They got back home around 6 pm as usual and now they had decided what their answer must and will be. They turned on their laptot and send a mail to the principal of UA, now it was time to go further.
Izuku : And this is the best way to go forward.
