Prepare a "to conquer" list and go by it. Be prepared for tough times and the items in your list. It may contain things as simple as " speak more in class " to " apply for xxxxxx interview ". If you are prepared, and have the knowledge to back it up, your self-confidence will soar.
Also take pride in whatever you have achieved.
Make a list in which you write your goals. Whenever you feel that you are not capable of anything,look at the list and remind yourself what you have and how great you are. You can stick this list on your refrigerator door, your house/room door ; anywhere you like.
