Charlotte's POV

In the morning, we all went to visit Sam. We asked the doctor who looked very much like Nita, and it was creeping us out for Sam's status, and she said her condition hadn't changed overnight.

Jim and I sat down on each side of Sam's bed while Tee and Kate sat down on the couch moving Song's stroller once in a while. He was still enjoying his morning nap.

"Do you know what I don't understand?" They all looked my way. "How could they have taken Mon, broken the kitchen window and graffitied the cabinets so quickly and at the same time? We noticed that Mon and P'Fa were gone almost immediately." Tee closed the magazine she was looking at.

"Mon was just a couple of steps away from us and I saw P'Fa walking towards Sam and then nothing." Kate spoke up.

"What if P'Fa noticed that Mon was gone and went after her and that's why she was taken??" That seemed logical. P'Fa wouldn't just disappear without saying anything to me.

"So that means there were at least two people in that house. The one who took Mon and P'Fa and the interior decorator." Tee concluded. "Did Sam's security system give an alert or something that night?" Jim shook her head.

"The security system was turned off including the cameras." Wait!

"Then how did the alarm get triggered? Who has access to the system?"

"Only Sam and the security guards." I waited for them to get my point.

"THE SECURITY GUARDS!" There it is!

"Sam said she hired new people to add to her security team. It's possible one or more are involved." Kate had her hand under her chin.

"But didn't Sam say that the security guards came highly recommended by the royal family??" Maybe what I heard outside was an act.

"So there's a possibility that Lady Grandmother could still be involved in this? Sam won't listen to anyone but her grandmother, right?" Tee had started pacing. Jim took out her phone and called someone.

"Honey, can you please do me a favor? Can you get someone to investigate the backgrounds of all of Sam's security guards? Thank you! You're the best. I love you."

"Those dickheads have been standing outside her door and have been watching her since she came into the hospital. What if they try to do something to her here?" Kate caressed Sam's face.

"There were two guards that escorted us into the house while the others waited outside. Where did they go and why did none of them show up before the police? The alarm could be heard all around the neighborhood. I almost went deaf because of it." I tried remembering the name of one of the security guards that Mon had mentioned to me.

"One day I was talking with Mon on the phone, and she said one of the security guards got her ice cream and was being extra attentive with her. She laughed and said she wouldn't tell Sam that or he would get fired. What if that guy is one of the guards working with Nita?" I hit my head a few times with my hand trying to remember the name. "Mr. Anusit or something like that." Jim looked at me.

"Toey Anusit??" I shrugged.

"I don't know his first name. Who's Toey Anusit?" Kate gasped.

"Wait, I remember Sam mentioning him and another lady at one point. The woman filed a lawsuit against Sam, but nothing came of it." Tee snapped her fingers.

"That's the guy Sam fired a few months ago because he broke her no dating rule. She fired him and his girlfriend." Jim called her husband one more time and told him about Toey Anusit. He confirmed the information and told her something else.

"I can't believe this. Toey Anusit lost everything after Sam fired him. He's been living in his car. His girlfriend dumped him straight away and since he couldn't afford rent, he lost his house. It all fits! He's just like Nita blaming everything on this idiot for their bad decisions. You know what? I'm tired of this crap! Sam, you better wake up right now!" Jim slapped the hell out of Sam's face causing her to fall onto the bed and lean on the pillow. We heard her groan.

"Sam??" She caressed her face.

"Who the hell slapped me?!" She looked around the room pissed off with a reddened cheek.

"You owe me bitch from the slap on your birthday! I'm so glad you're okay though!" We all hugged her tightly.

"Alright, alright, get off me before Mon gets jealous." Oh no... "Wait! Where's Mon?! Where's P'Fa?! Please tell me it isn't true. It was just a dream, right? Please tell me they didn't take them from me!" She started crying hard. I held her close and caressed her back gently.

"We'll find them, I promise. We have a few leads on who took them, but we still don't know where they are." She wiped her face and removed the IV needle from her arm causing her to bleed a little.

"Sam! You can't go yet. The doctors have to make sure you're okay." No force could stop this woman. We all tried to grab her and make her sit on the bed again, but she wouldn't do it.

"Where the hell are my clothes?! I need to get Mon and my sister back." Jim raised her hand.

"Don't make me slap you again, Sam! You have to listen to us. What are you, She Hulk?!" Sam scowled and faced her.

"You can slap me all you want, but that won't stop me from getting out of here right now." She got dressed quickly and headed to the nurse's station. "Hello, miss? Yeah, I need to be discharged right now. I don't care what I have to sign. Get me those papers right now or I'll make sure you lose your job."

The nurse quickly got the papers ready, and Sam signed them. We were worried about her, but we knew she had her own priorities right now.

"What's next Sam?" I asked. She looked determined.

"We get them back. What have you figured out?" We told her everything. "So my grandmother is involved. She's the one who recommended both of those new guys to me. I know exactly who they are and they will pay for hurting Mon and P'Fa." We went outside of the hospital. Kate, Jim and I grabbed one of the guards and Sam and Tee grabbed the other one. The rest of the security guards looked at Sam for instructions. "These two are involved in the disappearances of my sister and my fiancée. I want you to use any means to get the information out of them and I want it by tonight." Sam got in one of the cars and rolled down the window. "What the hell are all of you waiting for? Let's go!" We were still in shocked by this side of Sam, but we hurriedly got into the car and drove away.

"Sam, are you sure you can trust your security guards?" She served herself some whiskey.

"Yes, the other guards have been with me for more than six years. Those two were the only new ones that came highly recommended by grandma dearest and the other guard worked as security part time at Diversity and I offered him a full-time job as my personal security guard, so I know who he is."

I don't know who I was more worried for: Sam or the guys who took our girls.
