Dylan's pov

'Hey Charlotte?' I said after we'd been sitting in silence for a while.

'What's up?' Charlotte replied, squeezing my hand.

'Are you feeling better?'

'I am actually thank you.' She smiled.

'Do you want to go to a theme park somewhere, like, we haven't been on a date in so long and...' She cut me off with her lips, teasing me as her tongue ran along my bottom lip, my biggest weakness. I felt myself smile into the kiss which made her deepen it, I placed one of my hands on the small of her back and the other one was on the back of her neck, my thumb running gently up and down. Her fingers had interlocked behind my neck and some of them were playing with my hair. 'I was hoping you'd say yes.' I whispered when we pulled away. 'I already booked the tickets.' I smiled. Charlotte reached up and poked my dimple, which I hated, I smiled even wider and swatted her hand away. I wrapped my hand around her tiny wrists and pulled her hands towards my face. She'd done the thing I hate so I decided to pay her back.

'No Dylan, I hate that.' She giggled as I kissed her fingers.

'Stop.' She laughed again, sliding off the sofa. I waited a second, my legs wrapped around her. I moved my arms down and tickled her ribs. Charlotte started to thrash about and giggle but I retreated my hands almost instantly.

'Charlotte?' I asked. 'Mm.' She replied, looking up at me.

'Please tell me that I can feel your ribs because you were in a coma so long.' I whispered, holding in a tear and biting my lip.

'It is, I promise, I love food too much you know that. Hey, Dylan, I'm okay I promise.' She replied, holding my hands in hers.

'You sure?' I asked. making sure.'Of course.' She promised, her voice didn't falter, of course she was telling the truth.

'Anyway, the tickets are for tomorrow, is that okay?' I asked, smiling as she stood up.

'Of course.' She smiled even wider, heading for the bathroom to have a shower.

Charlotte's pov

'Charlotte, hey, hey, hey, Charlotte.' Dylan woke me up the next morning by sitting on my legs with a tray of food in his hands.

'Hey Dylan, God its early.' I whined, rubbing my eyes and straining my vision to see properly.

'I know, I'm sorry, we have to leave soon so I figured maybe you'd be hungry.' His dimply smile shone through his pale white skin as he handed me the tray and sat cross legged and picked up a piece of bacon from the plate. I changed into my white ripped skinny jeans and my red flannel, straightening my hair and pulling it into a ponytail I pulled it out in rage. I hated my insecurities.

'No, keep it up, it looks really nice like that.' Dylan whispered in my ear as he crept up behind me. I nodded and pulled it back up again, Dylan put his hand on my belly and kissed my neck.

'You look beautiful.' He told me, I turned around in his arms and looked at him. He'd moulded his hair into a perfect quiff, he too had his red flannel on and I giggled.

'I love you.' I whispered, laying my head on his chest, his hand placed itself on the back of my head and played with my hair.

'I love you too babe. You ready?'

'Sure. Just one second.' I told him, he nodded and ran down the stairs, from my bedroom I heard his boot slam closed. I pulled on my black converse and grabbed my bag before running downstairs. Dylan was leaning against the car, his left ankle crossed across his right, the palms of his hands flat on the bonnet of his car making his arm veins pop out of his skin. The smile on his face grew bigger when he saw me at the door, I turned to lock it and when I focused my attention back on Dylan I had to stop and stare at him for a while. I was brought quickly back to reality when I heard a teenage girl squeal at the end of the road.

'Oh my god that's Dylan O'Brien.' She yelled, there was obviously more than one, I could tell by the noise of the footsteps of them running down the street. Dylan's broody face quickly turned into one of sheer terror and I ran into the car.

'Some fans scare me, so much, I'd so much rather them come up to me and talk to me, you know, like I was a real human.'

'I bet you do, still pretty surreal huh?' I asked switching on the radio.

'Yeah, oh by the way, recording for season 5 starts soon so I'm going to be kind of in and out for a while. Sorry.'

'It's okay, sometimes it's nice to be alone you know.' I told him, staring out of the window.

'What do you mean?' He asked, the tone of his voice different to just 30 seconds previously.

'Well you know, sometimes I feel like we smother each other a little bit.'

'Are you saying I'm clingy?' Dylan asked, really quickly, it came out rather violently and it made me flinch.

'Sorry I, my pills, they're gone but Tam doesn't think that I need anymore so I have to battle through it on my own and I don't know if I'm capable of doing it on my own.' Dylan sighed. 'How long have you not had any pills?' I asked, curious. 'Since you got out.' He whispered.

'See, you're already doing so well, you only flipped out once and that was partly my fault.' I told him.

'It wasn't your fault.' Dylan told me as we pulled up in the car park, he turned the engine off and looked at me.

'You're so beautiful you know that?' Dylan smiled, leaning in and kissing my forehead.
