It's been two weeks and Barry called me at 10 AM and told me to go to star labs

When I got to star labs and saw Nora, and Barry

Hey, why did you wake me up so early? I asked

Sorry man, just, can you please tell her to try and listen to iris? Barry asked and left the cortex

Then I looked at Nora and she looked down at her hands

Nora, I have been stressed the last two weeks because my wife is always too busy to come home at night, please don't make me add you to the list of things I am stressed about. I said

I'm sorry uncle Alex. She said

I don't know what happened between you and your mom in the future, but what I do know is how she acts right now, she is my best friend and I love her, you don't have to spend time with her, but don't disrespect her, that is your mother and she loves and cares about you, just try to get along with her, please. I said

Okay. She said

Thank you. I said and she got up and pulled me in a hug

You sound like you need a hug, when I used to hug you in the future you said all your problems would go away. Nora said

Well, thank you, I do need a hug, I love you Nora. I said

I love you too, uncle Alex. She said and I pulled away from the hug

I am with Barry at his and iris's apartment and we are eating big belly burger

How's iris? I asked

Better now. He said

I talked to Nora, since she only listens to me apparently. I said

You were there for her in the future I wasn't, and you look just like her dad who she lost, I'm guessing she thinks of you as her dad. He said

How are things going with Axel? Barry asked

Good, he only hated me because I wasn't in his life and iris was raising him for his whole life, and I only ever paid attention to Nora, which now that I think about it is exactly what happened to me as a kid, mom and dad only paid attention to you so I just started to hate them. I said

Oh my god, I treated my son like I was treated. I said and put my head in my hands

It's okay, you won't be that guy in the future. Barry said

I hope so. I said

So, today we have a case, about Peter Merkel, he blew up a building and he can stretch like Ralph, but guess what, he has a clown mask on. Barry said and showed me the file

That is very creepy, I remember when we were kids we went to the fair and you were scared of clowns. I said

Well, I'm not now. He said

Sure, bro, whatever you say. I said and he hit my arm

Then Barry and I heard a noise coming from the fridge

Then Barry's phone rang and he jumped

You are very jumpy. I said and he gave me a look as he answered the video call coming from iris

He got up and walked over to the fridge and I went into the bathroom

I started to wash my face and I looked back up  and I saw a guy in a clown mask and then he slammed my head against the glass mirror and I fell to the ground unconscious

I woke up in the same spot and I got up and looked at the broken mirror and I saw a cut on my head that was bleeding

Then I sped to star labs but when I got there I felt dizzy and I fell when I got in the cortex and I hit a desk

Oh my god, Alex. Caitlin said and they all ran over to me

He took Barry, I need to go get him. I said as Ralph helped me up

No, you need to stay here, you are bleeding from your head a lot. Caitlin said

I don't care. I said and I started to speed towards my suit and then I got hit with ice and I hit the ground unconscious

Sorry dad, you can't go. I heard Axel before I passed out all the way

Iris west Allen, I know badassery when I see it and that was raw, unrefined, cage-free, non-GMO, badassery right there. Cisco said

You dive off a building. Caitlin said

For me. Barry said

Yeah, I guess I kinda did. Iris said

What was going through your mind? Nora asked and she couldn't stop smiling

Uh, please, god, don't let me drop this key. Iris said and I smiled as I walked over to Caitlin and she grabbed my hand

I mean, weren't you afraid? You're not a speedster. Nora said

No, I'm not. But my husband and my partner and my best friend is. Iris said looking at Barry

I thought I was your best friend. I said

You never talked to me when you lived with us. Iris said

Would you jump off a building for me? I asked

No, you got your little brother for that. Iris said

I'll jump off a building for you. Barry said

I might as well hit the ground, you might fall in slow motion. I said and everyone laughed

Wow, really? Barry asked

I mean, come on, we all know I'm faster than you. I said

Then he sped over to me and hit my arm

Tag, your it. He said

You are such a child. I said and he ran out the room and I ran after him

It didn't take long before we were back in the cortex

I win. I said

I guess. Barry said

You guys were gone for like five seconds. Cisco said

Really, we did like five rounds of tag. Barry said

And I won every time. I said

Whatever. Barry said

Are you coming home tonight? I asked Caitlin

Yeah, I'll meet you there. She said and kissed me
