I sit on the ground for what seems like ages until I hear footsteps approach the door to the room. The doorknob turns and Sanemi stands there. The light from outside lights up the dim room

Sanemi POV:
I just got back and I am greeted with an indecent sight. Giyuu is in a bunny outfit. A sexy one too. "Happy birthday Sanemi..." he mumbles. I'm guessing he got dragged into this but I'm not complaining. I shut the door quietly and turn on the small light on the nightstand. He watches me do every step.
I walk up to him and I start to untie the ropes on his ankles. "W-what are you going to do..?" I hear him ask. "Something I bet you'll love~" I reply as I throw the rope across the he room. I hear him gulp before I grab his arms and pin him against the wall. I hold his arms above him as I start to makeout with him. "Mnh!" I hear him moan into the kiss. I pull away and a string of saliva connects us before it breaks. He is slightly panting. I can't hold it in anymore so I just ask him. "Will you be my boyfriend?" I see his eyes widen. "Yes!" He finally says. "Good~" I say before I lean in to kiss his neck. "Mnn!" I grab onto his ass and squeeze it. I start to bite his neck. "Ngh! Sanemi! Y-you'll leave a mark! Nn!~" he moans out.
(Okay I'm just gonna Timeskip I can't do this. Intense smut will be in future chapters though!)
By the time we were finished we were both naked and he was covered in bites and hickeys. He pants heavily as we lay in the bed. I wrap my arm around him as I turn to his side. "Did you like it?" I ask. He nods, still panting. "Happy... birthday nemi..." He manages to pant out. "Thanks... darling~" I say to him. "We doing pet names now? I think I might stick with calling you nemi for now..." I chuckle. "I can live with that, now, let's get some rest." I say to him as I close my eyes. "Goodnight darling..."
"Goodnight nemi..."
