"My legs hurt so baddd and i'm hungry",Siyonna complained. Her and Kamari had been walking around the mall for the past 3 hours trying to find an outfit for they senior pictures
Siyonna had already found one for herself, but like typical Mari, she had to be difficult
"okay let's go in one more store then we can go to the food court", Mari lied
"You lying like a mf but whatever", Siyonna just wanted to go home. Like damn, she understood that it takes a long time to find a perfect outfit but it shouldn't take this long
"OOUUUUU this is perfect", Mari held up a 2 piece denim set. The top was a grey denim corset and the bottoms was a grey denim skirt
"That's pretty now go pay and let's go", Siyonna urged
Mari headed to the front to checkout and payed for her stuff and then heading back to where her cousin was
"So what yo hungry ass wanna eat", Mari asked
"I want some chinese. i been craving some chow mein", Siyonna replied while speedwalking in the direction of the food court
Once the made it to the chinese stand, she put her order in watching the workers as they stuffed her to-go box
Both girls walked over to an empty table and sat down, starting to eat
"So you excited to go to college? ik i am", Mari asked
"I mean i'm definitely excited to graduate but ion think i wanna go to college. I'm prolly just gone go to cosmetology school right after we graduate", Siyonna replied as she stuffed a piece of orange chicken in her mouth
"Well yk college ain't for everybody and i'm gone support you through whatever", Mari assured
Siyonna really needed to hear someone say that because her whole life, people had instilled in her that getting a degree and then getting a job was a must but that was simply not the route that she wanted to take
She loved doing hair and she could really see herself making a career out of it if she wanted to
"Yea ik but i do wanna move after graduation. I was thinking of going to Houston and then i can go to cosmetology school there", Siyonna said
"Omggg that's perfect cus i'm thinking of accepting that volleyball scholarship from Prairie View", Mari exclaimed
"you frrr? so we gone still be living near each other", Siyonna was also extremely happy. Now that she knew that she wasn't gone alone in a foreign city, she felt like it was a sign that this was something she needed to do
"You don't even understand how happy you just made me. Me and my fav finna fuck they city up", Mari chuckled
"soooo what you and Kaiyair got going on. we be peeping y'all being all cuddly at Jae house", Mari asked
