Today was the day I would finally be done with highschool. I graduate in less than 2 hours and instead of celebrating, i'm hunched over a toilet, throwing up

I had been feeling sick for the past week and i assumed i had food poisoning cus this all started after i ate some chipotle

Mari stood over me holding my hair back, so i wouldn't get anything in there

"You sure this food poisoning? I ate the same thing from chipotle and i feel fine", she said

"What else could it possibly be", I stated as i stood up and walked over to my sink, brushing my teeth

"Maybe you pregnant", She suggested

My eyes got wide asf cus girl what

"I'm not no damn pregnant. that's impossible", I told her

"No it's not. You be fucking raw and he be nutting in you", She said while grabbing her dress off a hanger and sliding it on

"okay but i'm on birth control", I explained

"Birth control ain't 100%. I think you should take a test", She stated

I smacked my lips and walked out the bathroom. I know my body and I knew i wasn't pregnant so wtf is she talking bout

I had food poisoning and it would go away in a few days, i knew it

I sat at my vanity, touching up my makeup since it got a lil messed up when i was throwing  up

I walked to my closet and grabbed my outfit that consisted of a red jumpsuit and some all white strap heels

My momma called us downstairs letting us know that we needed to go or else we was gone be late to the ceremony

We walked out of my room and downstairs into the living room

"Y'all look so beautiful, cmon let me get a picture", My momma held her phone up and snapped about a 100 photos

"Ma can we go now", I complained

She huffed, placing her phone in her purse and we walked out the door

Me and Mari decided to ride in her car since we was prolly gone go out wit our friends after graduation and my momma rode in her own car

Me and Mari rode in silence since i knew if we talked, she was gone bring up the whole I may be pregnant thing(which i knew i wasn't)
