Chapter 5: You've been to my favorite place?

Y/N did text Gojo when she was free and Gojo had set up a date for them to meet. She didn't know why on earth did she even agree. But she's not someone to take back her words, so now she's stuck in a pile of clothes scattering around her bedroom.

"What the heck, why am I even so conscious of how I'll dress? Is it because it's been so long since I went out for a date?"

Part of her wanted to reject the man's date proposal because it's such a hassle to think about what to wear and how not to be awkward and getting to know a man in general. Also, after her last relationship with her ex, she really didn't want to go out on dates anymore. But she somehow found Gojo intriguing, maybe that's why she agreed. 

Besides, he's kind of cute and goofy. And his adopted son is adorable too.

Suddenly, her phone vibrated, so she picked it up and read the message.

I forgot to ask, are you allergic to cats?

No, I'm not, I actually love them

Great! See you! 
I'm excited.

"Is he taking me to a cat café?" She questioned and contemplated as she stared at the pile of clothes. 

"Then..." She paused for a moment and turned to walk towards her closet once more and took a pink dress from her cabinet.

"This should be fine" she smiled and finally got ready.  She told him to just meet her at her clinic, and they had agreed with the time, to her surprise, when she got there, there was no sign of the presence of the man.

"Huh" she glanced at her watch again. "It's been seven minutes" she muttered and checked her phone but there was no message. She hates it when people are late, but it's only been seven minutes, so it's still fine for her.

"I swear if I get stood up in this, I'll never say yes to a date again—"

"Sorry I'm late!"

And just in time, Gojo waved while running towards her.

"Did you wait too long?" He asked, panting a little from his running.

"I waited for eight minutes" she frankly replied.

"I'm sorry" he said "Suguru came late so I couldn't leave Megumi alone in the house"

"It's alright" she assures. "But you could have brought Megumi, it's okay with me"

"No!" he replied which confused Y/N. 'We need to have solo time!' 

"I mean, no, he didn't want to tag along" he shrugged.

"Haha, of course" she says. "So" she looked around. "Where are we going?" she asked which made Gojo's smile widen.

"To my favorite place!"

To his favorite place, and it was indeed a cat café.
