You guys are off shift today and set a date for the wedding, only 12 days to go. You guys booked a hotel for the wedding and the small party after, it was fancy but not to fancy and today you guys gotta pick the made of honour, best man, bridesmaids and groomsman
" so best man" you ask sitting on the couch with a beer " Ritter" he answers and you nod " three groomsmen" you ask again " mouch, severide and ima try to get Casey down here" he says and you nod again " perfect" you smile and he nods " I know I could've put Hermann in there but mouch has helped me so much on truck and everything and severide helped me loads with you know the squad stuff and Casey is just Casey" he smiles and you nod " no I think they're perfect
" so I gotta ask you now" he starts " Maid of honour" he asks " Chloe" you smile and he nods " bridesmaids" he says " Brett, violet and Stella" you say and he nods " perfect now we just gotta ask them" he says making you nod " wait what about ring boy and flower girl" you say and he thinks " well javi and baby Otis can bring the rings down" you say and he nods " flower girl" you ask trying to think of any ideas " I don't know, keep that role open and you go to Chloe to ask her and javi and I'll go to Ritters" he says making you nod
" ok and who walking you down The aisle" he asks " jay and Will" you reply and he nods " great love you bye" he says kissing you before walking out
You go up stairs and get changed

You put your hair up in to a neat bun before going downstairs and making yourself a coffee before going out the door
You pull up to Cruz and Chloe's house, the house that you are in often because of your relationship with both Cruz and Chloe
" hey" you enter the house and Chloe comes practically running to hug you " hi, it is great to see you, perfect timing I made muffins and I need someone to taste" she say's dragging you in to the Kitchen
" well don't you look fancy" she says looking at your outfit as she takes a tray of muffins out of the oven " got a few things to do today and didn't want to look bad" you smile before siting on at the table " so where's the rest of the family " you ask " Cruz in the shower, Otis just down for a nap and javi doing a bit of homework"she says walking over with a plate with maybe 4 muffins on it as she sits next to you
" try it" she say's laughing at your worried face as you look down at the large chocolate ship muffins, and you take one hesitantly thinking of the last thing she had made you eat which was a dodgy cake she had made that left you sick for 3 days
You take a bite and she puts her hands to her mouth waiting for your reaction, you nod slightly as it didn't actually taste that bad " is it good" she says smiling and you nod " not too bad not to bad" you say and she laughs " thank god" she says and she takes one and starts eating it as you guys talk about anything and everything
" so you know when you and Cruz got married how did you decide to take his name" you ask siping from your glass of water
" well it kinda just felt right you know, why is there trouble in paradise" she asks and you shake your head " no actually, everything is perfect" you smile looking down nervously " actually I'm here to ask you a question" you smile looking up at her and she nods " I am getting married in 12 days and I am kinda looking for a maid of honour" you smile and her eyes light up " are you" she asks and you nod smiling " oh my god, Ava this is amazing" she gets up shocked almost jumping up and down " I'm going to be your maid of honour" she says and you nod getting up and hugging her
" now shush before you wake the baby" you say trying to calm her down " yeah yeah sorry" she smiles as you guys sit down
" so where, and what are you wearing" she asks a bunch of questions and you answer most of them
" so actually before I go I gotta see javi" you say and she looks at you confused " I will go get him" she says before walking out
She gone for maybe a minute then Cruz walks in with baby Otis " hey" you say getting up and taking the half asleep baby off him
" hey gorgeous" you smile siting on the couch with him " hey sorry just came out to make him a bottle" Cruz says walking to the kitchen leaving you with the baby
Javi comes in with Chloe soon behind him
" hi Ava" he says siting next to you and Chloe walks out to Cruz as the listen to what you had to say
" hey bud,sit up here I gotta ask you something" you say patting the chair next to you

( So I gotta ask you, you know at a wedding someone brings up the rings to a the couple)
He just nods in response waiting for you to continue
"Bueno, estoy pensando que tal vez podrías hacerlo en mi boda, y también quiero que Otis también lo haga, así que tienes que ocuparte de él y asegurarte de que no se le caigan los anillos" you smile as you see his reaction
(Well I thinking maybe you could do it at my wedding, and I also want Otis to do it too so you have to mind him and make sure he doesn't drop the rings)
" sí sí" he says before hugging you ( yeah yeah) " great, thanks buddy so now you gotta tell your chloe because I know you just listened to that whole thing Cruz" you say and javi nod going up to Chloe and telling her
" that's great" Chloe smiles at him " so if Chloe gets to be maid of honour and the boys are the ring boys, what am I doing at the wedding" Cruz asks you taking the baby as you get up
" you get to mind Capp and Tony" you smile patting his shoulder and giving Chloe a hug before leaving and you text both Will and jay to meet for dinner
" hey guys thanks for coming" you get up from the dinner table to hug both will and jay
" hey so how are you" will says siting down across from you " good, you know" you smile sipping from your water " so you know we love you but what is this all about" jay asks suspiciously
"So you know I just wanted to have a little Halstead dinner" you say and then they look at each other confused, " spill" will says poring water in to his glass
You smile lightly before replying " me and Blake have set a date for the wedding" you smile and they're eyes light up slightly " that's great when" will asks " 12 days, and I got a question for y'all" you say and they nod for you to continue " so obviously I need someone to walk me down the aisle" you start and they look at each other competitively " and I want both of you to do it, you know what's better then both my older brother and my older twin" you smile and they both nod " yeah if course we don't will" jay smiles
The rest of dinner was nice just spending time together and you go home after
