Karen: he left me a while ago, can you come get me?

They get in the car and drive to the hospital. When they get there Zac asked the nurses station if she was there and she was.

Fatima: don't you want to go in there, you don't wanna miss the birth of your child

Time goes by and the nurse comes out and informs them that there was some complications with Karen but the baby was fine. They explained that she started bleeding out and is in critical condition.
