Ok with the tattoos on Australia, Vic, SA, Tas, Qld it's a criminal offence for someone to do a tattoo on someone under 18, ACT and NSW you can get one under 18 with parent consent.

A/N: Sorry my update is so long after vegemite-n-weetbix's, she updated a few days after I got to Chicago. In fact, the day she posted her update, I went to see The Blue Man Group! (Which was very fun, by the way! They tossed me a marshmallow!) anyway, that's why my update is so late. I was busy doing Chicago things.
