After getting his dream crushed, Izuku gives up on trying to be a hero.
He still wants to help people, so he becomes an analyst, giving ideas to pros online.
Eventually Eraser finds out and starts looking into him. He eventually finds him and asks him to teach at UA.
While waiting for the year to begin, eraser teaches deku (his analyst name) how to fight. Snipe also teaches him how to use a gun, since he is quirkless.
Nezu also teaches him how to make strategies on the fly, in case of danger.
When the year starts, deku is quickly giving the hero students ways to improve and use their quirks.
He watches over the hero classes with all might (awkward)
