And leave was EXACTLY what I did. I didn't want to stay there a moment longer.

Luckily the girl - whose name I found out was April O'Neil- was kind enough to show me the way out.

I ran home as fast as I could, praying that my nanny wasn't already there. I arrive, but as I reached the front door I realized: "My keys!"

Yeah, I hadn't found them.

"Ah what do I do?"

After 2 mins I decided the best I could do was either a) call my nanny to open the door (not a great idea) or b) use the fire escape and climb in through the window (wow 100% amazing)

Thank God I never lock my window

Anyway, I made my way in my room and just....layed down on my beanbag, trying to process wtf just happened to me.

But soon my thoughts were interrupted by someone rushing in my room. It was my nanny.

"WHY WEREN'T YOU PICKING UP YOUR PHONE???"

"It ran out of battery and I fell asleep", I lied.

"OK, but please make sure to let me know you're fine next time" she sighed and hugged me.

She scrunched her nose and frowned

"What is that rancid smell? And why are your clothes so dirty?"

"uh... I fell?" I said giving her an awkward smile.

"Well, what are you waiting for? Go take a shower!" she ordered.

She was right, I did smell horrible. How did I not notice before? Anyway, I took a nice hot bath paired with more processing and fell asleep cuz that's what happens when you get a concussion ( a/n: I think, although I heard you're not supposed to sleep or sum idk, lmk in the comments)

My dreams were rlly weird. I dreamt abt the turtles were chasing me and I kept tripping and falling and it sucked cuz yk that feeling when you try running in your dream and it feels like you're on sand? Yeah, that.

The next day I woke up pretty early, my head still kinda hurt and tbh I had kinda convinced myself all the things I had seen where a result of me hitting my head. And yet, there was still a little problem. I still didn't have my keys...
