V O L U M E S

Volumes are divided according to story, event, and battle arcs related to the Black Clover franchise. Lowercase within volume "chapters" and table of contents is intended.

P R O L O G U E

The prologue introduces the beginning of the story. This one, particularly, starts from the first-person point of view.

C H A P T E R S

Chapters range from 3000 to 7000 words per chapter. Interlude chapters range indefinitely.

C A P I T A L I Z A T I O N

Capitalization will be used throughout the story (minus foreign terms that are exclusive to the story). However, terms like "magic knights", "wizard king", and such that are "common" terms within the Black Clover world, will not be capitalized.

L A N G U A G E S

This story will use a mixture of different versions of English, the use of Greek, Latin, and Japanese for spells, terms, names, etc. since I'm not a native English speaker.

G L O S S A R Y

Foreign terms, character information, spells, etc. will be in a different book.

S L O W⠀B U R N

A slow burn is when the romantic attraction between characters builds slowly throughout the novel or series. However, within this story, the aspect only applies to the romantic interactions and attraction coming from mainly the protagonist. If you are not a fan of slow-burn stories, I suggest that you skip this book.

One chapter in the Black Clover manga and one episode in the Black Clover anime will be divided into several chapters within this fan fiction. Note that I will use many details to describe actions, backgrounds, emotions, and other things within the story.

C H A R A C T E R S

OOC, also known as "Out of Character", means that most existing characters within the Black Clover story will most likely be out of character and not act according to what fans may think how they would act. Then, there is IC, which stands for "In Character", where characters do what they should do and believe.
