Chapter Five: Brotherhood

2 minutes have passed, and you are still waiting for them. The silence is beautiful, but you can't help but wonder whether your elder brother and Power are losing or have already been defeated by the devil within that house.

"Okay, what took them so lon-" (Y/n) turns around to discover a massive bat creature standing on the house's roof. His eyes widened as soon as the bat creature stuffed Power inside of its open maw, shallowing her whole.

He froze, and his blood became as cold as ice.

(Y/n) watches his elder brother grasping the ankle of the bat after the demon spreads its wings and soars high in the sky, probably to drink its blood from it's ankle to heal himself "Shit! Hold on, bro!!" The psychic teen leaps into the skies and follows the bat to aid his elder sibling, his entire body covered by (F/c) aura

The bat and Denji crashed with a building and were thrown through the roof with great force. In his demon form, Denji groaned in pain as he glanced back at the shattered concrete. He noticed a girl in the room they crashed into, quivering on her knees and breathless at the sight of two devils in front of her.

"Hey you, dumbass! You wanna get eaten?!?" Denji barks, one method of telling her to go before something bad happens. The girl whimpers in horror before fleeing, leaving the two devils where they are.

"You let her escape? You're a devil! Teach yourself how to become one properly!!" BThe bat demon groans, gripping his open wound on his arm, which was slashed apart by Denji's chainsaw before they crashed. Denji rose up, his head hung low, and his shoulder fell, striking dread into the heart of the Bat devil "I'm gonna cut open your fuckin' guts.. And then, cop me a feel!!" Denji declares as he vaults towards the Bat devil and delivers a hard punch to his left jaw, sending the bat demon flying through the wall and out onto the street.

The bat devil groans fiercely as his body rolls about like a wheel on the pavement, then flips over and digs his claw into the rubble to stop his movement, leaving smoke in the air. The hybrid demon falls on the roadway just in time to avoid a stomp from the bat devil. The devil slammed his colossal fist on top of Denji, intending to squish him like a bug, but Denji sprang aside to evade his strike, causing the earth underneath them to crack and crumble on impact.

Denji slams his chainsaw blades on the pavement to keep his movement from slipping farther away, then dashes at the bat devil like the madman he already was. Denji sprang into the air and swung his chainsaw blade, slicing the bat devil's flesh on the chest. Bat demon coughed up blood, and his blood is oozing from the wound Denji had inflicted him. After Denji's blow successfully hits him, he staggers back, plants his foot into the pavement, and swings his massive fist at Denji. After witnessing the bat devil's heightened agility as a result of its rage, the hybrid demon gasped and dashed away from being hit.

However, The bat devil's punch were so strong that shakes the entire street. Cloud of dusts bursts into an open air as the concrete caused by the bat devil's attack, cracks horribly. Denji ran and ran until the bat devil emerge from the smoke with his gargantuan fist cocked for a punch, the said hybrid managed to dodge the bat devil's punch however, a strong gush of wind send him slide far away after the bat devil swung a punch. Denji tore his gaze to the side and he spotted a father who's hugging his kid close to him, sharing the same dreadful expression as they lay their eyes on the hybrid demon.
