Lori, Skylar, Aria, and Amy were sorting out mushrooms that they have collected.

"Any luck?" Skylar asked

"How do we tell if they're poison?" Amy questioned

"I was wondering the same thing" Aria spoke

"Uh, there's only one sure way I know of." Lori said

"Ask Shane when he gets back?" Aria and Amy spoke at the same time laughing looking at each other

"Yeah, you've got it. Thank you girls." Lori said as she got up "Dale, I'm heading out. Twins, Aria, I want you to stay where Dale can see you, okay?"

"Yes, mom." The twins spoke

"Got it soldier" Aria replied

"You too. Don't wander too far. Stay within shouting distance. And if you see anything, holler. I'll come running." Dale tells the woman

"Yes, mom." Lori replies as she goes into the woods to pick some more food for the camp.

Dale is fixing up the mobile home with help from Aria.

"Boy, that hose isn't long for this world, is it?" Dale asked Jim

"No sir." Jim replied

"Where the hell are we gonna find a replacement?" Dale questioned

"It's late. They should've been back by now." Amy said worried

"Worrying won't make it better." Dale assured her

Shane is playing with the twins , while Lori and Skylar stare at them.

"There you go twins."

"Yeah." The twins replied smiling as they tried to make the knots

"And three, two, one... pull it." Shane told them

"I got it!" Logan squealed as Lori and Skylar clapped

"Good job baby." Lori told her youngest daughter

"Ah! Aw." Carl groaned trying to get it but all three of them start laughing

"Start it over. Make your "p" the other way... around your finger." Shane told him

"Oops." Carl said

"Good, just tie it like around your finger. Attaboy." Shane told him

The radio then came on

"Hello, base camp! Can anybody out there hear me? Base camp, this is T-Dog. Anybody hear me?" T-Dog spoke.

Dale takes the radio."Hello? Hello? Reception's bad on this end. Repeat. Repeat."

"Shane, is that you?" T-Dog questioned

"Is that them?" Lori asked

"Ask if Glenn's okay." Skylar told Dale

"We're in some deep shit. We're trapped in the department store." T-Dog spoke again

"He said they're trapped?" Shane questioned

"There are geeks all over the place. Hundreds of 'em. We're surrounded." T-Dog said cutting out at the end

"T-Dog, repeat that last. Repeat." Aria spoke into the CB but the radio stops.

"He said the department store." Lori said

"I heard it too." Dale nodded

"Shane?" Lori looked at the man

"No way. We do not go after them. We do not risk the rest of the group. Y'all know that." Shane told the group

"So we're just gonna leave her there?" Amy asked

"Look, Amy, I know that this is not easy..." Shane started to speak

"She volunteered to go to help the rest of us." Amy argued

"I know, and she knew the risks, right? See, if she's trapped, she's gone. So we just have to deal with that. There's nothing we can do." Shane told the girl

"She's my sister, you son of a bitch." Amy stormed off after that.

"She's right. They're risking their lives out there and you won't even allow us to go and look. If they aren't back by the morning I'm going to go and find them myself." Skylar told Shane heading off to find Amy

Lori looks at Shane and then follows Amy and Skylar as thunder rumbles. "Amy, Skylar..."

"Come on. It's all right, twins." Shane told the two rubbing Logan's back.
