Mirrors used to be my enemies,
The monster I was hiding,
they revealed in seconds.
Laughing, crunching noses,
Nobody liked to look at me.
Fooling myself,
into the oblivion of my insecurities,
Haven't changed the picture.
Finding a safe place,
Isolating – Creating loneliness.
Whatever people say, I own it.
What else can I do when they see the shell I'm hiding in?
I wasn't able to prove otherwise.
