As night has over come the City of New York in one of the shadier alley's of Brooklyn you can see a group of four thugs surrounding a defenseless woman who can be seen crying in pure terror at what is about to happen to her, but what neither the woman nor the gang knows is that above them on a dark rooftop is a figure who is here to save the woman.

As the figure looks down at the scene he without hesitation drops a small device down below in between the thugs and the woman and as the device hits the ground smoke envelops the Alley in which the figure drops down and begins to mercilessly dispatch the thugs while the woman sits on the ground still terrified due to the screams of pain she is hearing within the smoke, but as the smoke dissipates her eyes widen in shock when she sees the thugs laid out on the ground unconscious with the lone figure standing over them victoriously, but when the figure turns to her she realizes this person is someone she knows, It's Night Wing The Protector of New York.
