-C. Owens, Owens Manor, 1994-

"1994," Brunette 1 said, giving me a funny look. I sat on my bed and quietly thought about how my phone was now a paperweight. No more TikTok and no more texting my friends. "I know my mum said that something had happened to your family, but what exactly happened to make you think that a thing like that existed?" Draco asked.

"A lot," I said, looking at Draco. I didn't know how I would explain that I hadn't been around much to know the proper way to say I time travelled was, but I don't think it starts with explaining TikTok. "Okay," Draco said, looking around my room, "Charlie, why's your room such a mess?"

"Who are you to judge my room? Maybe I like it this way," I scoffed, "Who are you to judge my room anyways?"

Brunette 1 laughed and said, "You don't like Draco, do you? I mean, you two have been mates since like the womb." I glared at him and said, "Right now the only one of you lot that I can tolerate is Theo and that's because he offered me what I wanted."

"Thank you?" Theo said, scratching the back of his neck. "Well, aren't you a delight," Brunette 1 muttered under his breath. "Oi! I am not daft. I can hear everything you're saying you git," I glared at Brunette 1. "You do realise my name isn't git, right?" Brunette 1 asked.

"Hey, sorry I'm late, my mum woke up late," A boy said as he walked into my room. I looked over at him and blurted out, "Doesn't your mum always make you late for anything, Blaise?" He smiled and shrugged.

Blaise Zabini was Draco's friend first, but over one sleepover and several playdates when we were little we became friends. Blaise was always quiet when I first met him, but once we became good mates then he would talk nonstop. I sometimes wondered if he was always hiding how he thought till everyone was out of earshot.

"Oh, so you don't remember my name but you instantly remember Blaise?" Draco crossed his arms, "That's unbelievable." I rolled my eyes and said, "Not my fault that Blaise is more memorable than you." Draco's mouth dropped open and he put a hand on his chest, "I am not less memorable than Blaise!"

"But who did she recognize first?" Blaise asked, grinning proudly. "She still hasn't said she recognizes Mattheo or me," Brunette 2 said. "No hard feelings Lorenzo, I just thought you were back to hiding behind people when talking," I said, scrunching my nose slightly.

I guess Enzo was feeling a little left out, which wasn't out of the ordinary for him. When Enzo became friends with me it was because my mum and his mum bumped into each other and were reminiscing over their time in Hogwarts in a store. Enzo and I were with them and he had hid behind his mum the entire time, occasionally peaking out from behind her.

Enzo's face turned red and he gasped, "That was one time!" I looked at him, telling him to be serious with my look. "Okay, five times, but I don't do that anymore!" Enzo crossed his arms in embarrassment. "Looks like she remembered everyone besides you Dray," Mattheo laughed. "Still don't know who you are," I looked Mattheo up and down with an uninterested look.

"But you also don't remember Draco," Mattheo taunted me. "No, I do remember him just like I remember how when we were five Draco once tripped and fell and instead of going to his mum he ran over to my mum and asked her to tell his mum he fell," I said, "When his mum was right beside mine." Draco's face lit up and he smiled happily before joking, "Looks like my best mate remembers me over you Riddle."
