It was now summer time the time when teenagers hang out with their friends, and do things they haven't had the time to do, and for the DigiDestined? It's been a week since they last saw their Digimon and the Digital World rebooted, and they were feeling a bit down...

For the first few days, the group was down, but they slowly transitioned back into normal life with TK having the hardest time, as he was still seeing sights of Patamon. Izzy tried to each member of the group to no avail as everyone for someone reason no one was picking up their phones.

Y/n was laying down on his couch looking at the pictures that Ludomon, Kari, and Gatomon took at the mall. Y/n was the first to make a quick transition as he still talked with all the members of the group checking up on them from time to time. Though the memories of Ludomon still entered his mind. 

Y/n simply sighed, it was just more empty in the apartment and the last time he talked to anyone from the group was two days ago as they seemed to be more distant except Izzy. "Don't you want to see them again?" These were the last words that Y/n heard from Izzy who had an idea to get back their partners, but he brushed it aside.

"I guess I should go out for a walk," Y/n said as he got up from the couch and put his shoes on, and headed towards the door to see that it was raining. "A little rain never hurt anyone..." Y/n said as grabbed an umbrella and started to walk out the door.

"Hey, Y/n..." Kari said holding an umbrella over her head, with another umbrella in her free hand. "My brother forgot his umbrella, you wanna come?" Kari asked Y/n who smiled.

"Sure," Y/n said as he put away the umbrella back in his apartment, and started to walk with Kari.

"So how has it been inside your apartment?" Kari asked walking straight over to the school where Tai was practicing his dribbling skills.

"Oh, it's been quiet," Y/n said looking straight forward. "Has Izzy been trying to contact you too?"

"Yeah, he has been trying to contact everyone you know trying to get the band back together..." Kari said as Y/n then looked at the area where Ludomon first appeared against Kuwagamon.

"Kari..." Y/n said as Kari then looked at her boyfriend confused.

"Hmm?" Kari let out as she looked at Y/n.

"I have a feeling that even though we stopped the infection... There's still something gonna come at us," Y/n said as they got near the school.

"Like what?" Kari asked concerned as Y/n tried to think of something.

"I don't know..." Y/n said as the two then turned to see Tai practicing dribbling. "Tai!"

"Huh?" Tai said as he turned to see Kari holding up the extra umbrella and Y/n next to her.

"Y/n, Kari? What are you doing here?" Tai asked as he walked over to the two.

"You forgot your umbrella dummy," Kari said with a smile, as Tai took the umbrella. Y/n was staring at the sky and saw that even though the dark clouds were covering most of the sun, he was able to see some of the sun break through the dark clouds.

"Don't you want to see them again?"

"I wanna see them..." Y/n said quietly as he stared at the sky, Kari and Tai looked over at Y/n.
