Chapter 17

Y/n pov-

Making it back into the driveway I park Jamie's car and grab the food.
I set the food on the kitchen island and walk into my room finding Emma laying in my bed watching a movie

"Jesus! Your finally here, I'm fucking starving!" Emma jumped up running down to get her food
I walk to Jamie's room knocking before entering
"Jamie, the food is here." I peak in and see him still sleeping with his face smashed into his pillow

"Jamie..." I walk in and start to pat him a little, but he doesn't budge
"Fine guess I'll eat your food for you" I say loudly walking out
"Don't you dare." Jamie suddenly sat up rubbing the tiredness out of his face
"What took you so long?" He added

"I'll explain when you get downstairs."

While Emma and Jamie ate I decided it was a good time to tell them about my..interaction

"I ran into someone at the cafe" I started getting their attention
"Who?" Emma asked
"Luis" I look at Jamie and see he's confused

"We sat for a little and talked" I instinctively grabbed a piece of my hair fiddling with it
"You and Luis talked?" Emma had wide eyes and she put down her sandwich
"I mean yeah...and I kinda said I'd give him another chance, starting Monday." I still don't look up

"Are you sure that's a good idea? I mean if you feel comfortable with this it's your choice." Jamie finally spoke
"I honestly do think this is a good idea, i believe that he's changed." I drop my hair and look at him

"Y/n I will always support you. But just know if he hurts you again that I won't hesitate to chop off his balls." She gave me a reassuring smile which I returned
"Thank you guys. I don't think I could have made it this far without you."

Emma and Jamie are watching a movie down in the living room but I decided I just wanted to lay down..which really means I need to figure out what to text Luis.

I pull up his contact and start typing

*messages with Luis*

Y/n: I have the rules...

Luis: Hit me princess.

Y/n: 1. I won't lie to you so I expect the same. Honesty is going to be key
2. We dont bring up the past. Whatever happened back then happened back then.
3. Mindy needs to stay away from me, I won't apologize if I punch her nose in place...

Luis: ok I can live with that. But if you get to make rules so do I.

Y/n: ok fine.

Luis: 1:you have got to stop getting yourself involved with theses fucked up dudes..Its tiring saving your ass all the time.
2:no more driving without a license. Matter of fact stop doing dangerous shit in general lol.
3: you can tell me anything. Don't hide how your feeling when your with me.

Y/n: ok I think that's reasonable. BUT ITS NOT EVEN MY FAULT! HOW WAS I SUPPOSED TO KNOW HE WAS A MANIPULATIVE JERK?!

Luis: it's ok babe that's why I'm here

Y/n: if you keep calling me these pet names your gonna be the one I punch.

Luis: I can't promise anything...

Y/n: luisssss I'm serious!

Luis: so am I.
Luis:princess

Y/n: I'm going to beat you up

Luis: please. You can't even handle one of my pinches and you think you can beat ME of all people? Your funny.

Y/n: your rude.

Luis: I'm just stating facts here princess

*I could feel the smirk on his face through the phone...I'm going to kick him where the sun doesn't shine on Monday*

Y/n: I hate you.

Luis: you love me.

Y/n: goodbye Luis😒.

Luis: goodbye babe I'll see you on Monday.

*end of conversation*

With that I put my phone down. Now all I had to do is wait until Monday....this will be fun......

-Monday-

After picking up Emma, we all drive to school tired and unmotivated.
"Why can't we just never show up again?" Emma groaned
"Because then my dad would actually kill me." Jamie responded to her idiotic question

"It's not so bad...except for Mindy..and Braxton..ok whatever maybe it is that bad but at least we still have lunch shift together" I try to bring the mood up
"That's true" Jamie gave a slight smile

We pull up into the parking lot. We grab our things and head for the double doors.
"Y/n!" We all turn around and see Luis jogging over
"I'll meet up with you guys later ok?" Emma and Jamie nod and they walk away together

"Hey" Luis said slightly out of breath
"Hey" I look over at him
"So I was thinking, after school today we could maybe do something?" He continued
"I don't see why not" I smiled "what where you thinking?"

"I was going to let you decide" he chuckled
"Ok I'll let you know by lunch time" we stopped by my first period and we parted our ways.
I walk in and take my seat next to Emma
"Wellllll?? Don't leave any details out" Emma practically jumped out of her seat.
