Summer Love ~

•Chapter 5•

•Niall's POV•

I had just finished telling Harry everything that had happened with Darcy and every single thing I knew about her from the very short time that we had spent together when we had arrived at his apartment.

''She seems like a really nice girl, you should keep an eye on her and don't let anyone take her away from you'' Harry told me. He looked a little bit distant and he was for sure lost in deep thoughts, I wondered why.

''She really is an amazing girl, but I doubt it that we will ever be more than friends. I mean I really like her but I don't think that she sees me as anything more than a friend'' I  told him. I really wanted to go out with her and get to know her better, but I was scared of making the first move because I didn't want to lose her as a friend.

''Dude most of the girls around the world would die to go out with you, if not all of them. Why are you thinking that this girl doesn't want to go out with you, you are amazing!'' Harry tried to assure me as best as he could but he was still thinking deeply about something.

''Harry are you alright?'' I asked him worried.

''Yeah it's just that Darcy reminds me of someone I knew from a long time ago, but I doubt that it's her it can't be her'' He told me in a sad voice. It seemed like this person that he was talking about really meant something to him.

''What happened to her?'' I asked him curiously as he had never spoke of her before.

''It's a very long story and I'm not in the mood to tell long stories, I am dead tired after all the singing and rehearsing that we did today'' He said in between yawns. I couldn't agree more with him, I was really tired as well and couldn't wait to fall sleep in my comfortable bed.

''Do you want to spend the night here because I could use some good company'' Harry told me with a small smile.

''Sure, the only problem that I have with you is that you snore incredibly loud and won't let me sleep for one minutes.'' I told him jokingly.

''I will sleep in the bed and you can sleep on the couch in the living room, that way you won't be able to hear my annoying snoring'' He told me back with a grin.

''Deal''

With that we both got of of my black Range Rover and made our way to Harry's apartment, although the word apartment didn't do justice to his place. It was really huge and a good place to host parties  unlike my very small apartment.

I took a quick shower and got dressed in some of Harry's sweatpants and white t-shirts since I didn't pack anything with me.

After we had settled down, we switched on the TV to watch some football with thousands of snacks around us. We were both very hungry and I was thankful that Harry had bought some food at last. I checked my twitter and sent a tweet : Chilling out with @harry_styles after a very long and tiring day at the studio! Can't wait for you to hear the new album!

A few seconds after I had sent the tweet and got more than twenty thousand re tweets and favourites I decided to call it a day and made my way over to the big sofa bed that was on the other side of the room while Harry made his way to his bedroom.

Before I fell asleep I decided to send a text message to the person that didn't leave my mind for one second for the whole day, Darcy.

•Darcy's POV•

Bo and I were in the middle of watching the fifth Harry Potter film - Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix, well I was because Bo had fallen asleep on my shoulder a few minutes after it had started.

My phone suddenly rang announcing that I had a new text message and Bo woke up shocked looking frantically around the room.

''Don't worry Bo, go back to sleep darling it was just my phone'' I told her as I patted her gently on her head.

''Who is sending you messages at this hour of the day or nigh?'' She asked me as she settled her head back on my shoulder and closed her eyes again.

I checked my phone and saw that it was from your personal life saver, I couldn't help but smile to myself.

''It's Niall'' I told Bo with a grin from ear to ear. When she heard his name she woke up from her position and looked eagerly at my phone's bright screen.

''Open the message what are you waiting for?'' She told me excitedly, it seemed like she was no longer tired because her eyes were wide open and had a grin bigger than mine on her beautiful face.

I just wanted to thank you for today because I truly enjoyed it and you made my whole day better. Can't wait to see you again, goodnight and sweet dreams :) xx

''OMG! He is so sweet and thoughtful I want to get sweet goodnight messages like you, you lucky bitch!'' Bo shouted in happiness before I could mouth a single word. I couldn't help but laugh at her face expression and put my tongue out at her like a little kid.

I started to compose my reply to his sweet text message and sent it, while Bo was looking over my shoulder not missing a single letter that I wrote.

''I can't wait to see what he looks like!'' Bo told me after she had made sure that I had sent him the text.

''You will see him one day, go back to sleep now Bo'' I told her as I caressed her head that was resting once again on my shoulder.

After the movie had finished and she had falling peacefully asleep I switched off my TV and covered Bo with her colourful blankets that she normally slept with. She looked so cute sleeping on the sofa, I couldn't help but feel like I was the luckiest girl on the planet because I had her as my best friend.

I made my way to my small bed and before I knew it I had fallen asleep in my bed under the heavy fluffy blankets. It was still freezing cold and I couldn't wait for Summer to arrive, that was when all the good things and memories happened...

The song on the side made me smile and it reminded me of my best friend :P I will try to update more frequently because I will soon be on my Easter Holidays :)
