I walk in the log house or office area and close the door behind me on habit and Isaac stops me from closing it "wait up!" He said sternly and i nod my head softly and let him in. I don't normally talk to anyone other then Miko, Miko has tough me a lot over the years about speaking and how it's good to talk instead of just.. stay.. silent... but that's beside the point. Now me and Miko get to kill people to protect kids from hunters, they try to take the abused kids that escaped there homes and didn't have a place to go, that's why me and Miko started this group to keep kids safe, I'm now 15 and i have killed around... 12 hunters? Isaac said worried for her. Isaac is the most caring for the kids like riko and others. I mainly focus on protecting Miko sense Isaac is the one who tough me most of what i know Regardless, Isaac waves for a excuse and Miko nods to the door as Isaac was already walking towards it with riko in his hands "let's get these taken care of" he said as she swiped her up and walked out. i sigh
"is.. everything alright?" I ask Miko and walk towards him "yes but we need to find more places for the kids to stay sense most are getting abused" Miko said as he looked up at me, i don't want him to hurt his neck so i bend my knees down to get on his level "Really?" He asked me and a soft joking glare and i nod. "Gotta hurt to look up so high" i reply, I'm sensor. We live in a log house of 4 rooms, living space, 2 bedrooms and bathroom. It's comfy me and Miko share a room and Isaac and riko share a room, i refuse to sleep away from Miko basically. Miko also said i have to do it more silently and sedle so we don't have to deal with horses spooking or anything. It's fine just it's hard to complete. "PLEASE DONT TAKE ME BACK" a kid cry's and i run out of the room and out the house to help, i keep a knife in my pocket that Miko gave me incase of anything. I run and look around for what i think is a 9 year old but I'm unsure, I then hear hoofs galloping and it's sora. thank goodness. I then grab her mane and swing my leg around on her back as she walked 180 and she took off gallop down to where the kid was and hunter. A bitch taking the kids im assigned to take back" he said and chuckles as I gently push the kid back and sora trots towards the kid and moves her head down to show where the kid needs to go, away. I look behind me and then huff at him and he sighs after his laughing. "Get lost kid" he waves at me to go away and dosent try to go after the kid. Wow, the hunters can learn.
I keep my eyes on him but stop pointing my knife at him, im 6°3 and this guy looks around 6 foot. Sleek brown hair and brown eyes, kinda reminds me of ambers eyes. I take my knife and point it at him and then bring my hand up to my neck slide my finger cross my neck, showing him what will happen if he ever has to face me again.
"Not much of a talker?". I just glare at him more and roll my eyes, I back up and keep my eyes on him as I walk backwards. I dont know where im going backwards to but i cant have them finding the house. But for some reason the guy just followed, probably because he thinks in going home so I stop and Isaac come cantering up to us
