Sidharth was stuck at her face, his body  mimicking her expressions. He too leaned in a little closer to her parting his lips until their lips came close enough to gently brush along each other's. They made a Slight movement and their lips brushed against each other.  As it happened a spark ignited inside them, they wanted more of it.
Slowly they joined their lips.

The rain outside tapped against the windowpane, a soothing backdrop to their quiet moment. Thunder rumbled in the distance, the low rumble of nature's approval. Their eyes met, searching for reassurance and finding it in the depths of one another's gaze.
With each fleeting touch of their lips, the uncertainty began to melt away. Their breaths mingled, a mingling of two souls drawn together by an undeniable attraction. The kiss deepened, growing more certain and confident, as if the storm outside was giving them the courage to explore what lay between them. Hands found their way to each other's waists, pulling them closer, as if their bodies were magnetically drawn together. Their lips moved in harmony, a dance of tenderness and longing. The taste of uncertainty transformed into the sweetness of discovery.

Outside, the rain fell harder, the sound of the downpour now a symphony of passion. Thunder crashed, punctuating the intensity of the moment. Yet, they were lost in their own world, the storm outside serving as a backdrop to the storm within their hearts.

With a final, lingering kiss, they pulled away, breathless and exhilarated. Their eyes met once more, the storm outside still raged, a reminder of the powerful forces that were outside of this room.
And as they looked out at the rain-soaked world, they knew that this kiss should not have happened.

They were still close, close enough for only air to pass between their lips, their eyes stuck each other's, their noses side by side. This was majestic. Sidharth lifted his hand to the side of her cheek, his thumb caressing the skin as the rest of his fingers supported her face, the warmth of a single light falling on her face. Shehnaaz leaned her face to his touch, as if she would melt.Their hearts wanted more, that kiss wasn't just enough, but they couldn't and wouldn't.

"I am sorry!" Both of them spoke in unison, their eyes met. Of course the other person regretted the kiss.

Sidharth shut his lips and smiled tight lipped, and so did Shehnaaz. "You should leave first thing in the morning, Miss. And I would prefer if you could just forget about what happened. That was just a moment, nothing else."

Shehnaaz moved a little back on the bed, her fingers clenched the sheet beneath her. "Yes, Mr Sharma. I would prefer the same. Not only the kiss, but none of the conversations actually happened between us." , she spoke as Sidharth got from the bed and walked a little backwards, his eyes still stuck at her. His gaze constantly studying her mannerisms, Shehnaaz wasn't one person, he concluded.  She was many living in one.

"Could you switch off the light, Mr Sharma?", Shehnaaz spoke as he reached the door to the room and turned around.

Sidharth nodded, his eyes still looking at her, as if they had simply refused to let go of her.  "Good night, Miss. " he spoke turning around as he switched off the lights.

"This is a great place, a little friendly on my budget!" She spoke as the bartender presented them with a drink and a fruit juice.

"You like vodka?",Lata asked looking at her. Shehnaaz was a nice, seemingly friendly woman. She seemed intelligent and witty, but most importantly empathetic.

"Yes, thats my favorite!" Shehnaaz spoke, looking at Lata, smiling at the woman. Shehnaaz was dressed in a teal green body con dress, her hair tied neatly in a low rise pony. "Don't you?", she further asked, placing her hand on Lata's.
