"hey Hubbard wait up" madison smiled jogging after the defense end for the bengals Sam had heard someone shouting his name causing him to turn around to see the blonde
"hey your madison right the new cheer captain" Sam smiled
"yeah that's me and your Sam Hubbard defensive end right" madison chuckled
"yeah um what can I do for you" Sam asked confused on why the new girl ran after him
"one of the girls told me you were putting together a fundraiser" madison smiled
"yeah I am I'm just struggling on an idea I know I want it to help dogs" Sam said
"that's why I ran after you I have an idea and I'll ask the cheer girls to help out" madison smiled
"what is your idea" Sam asked curious
"a car and dog wash all proceeds go towards a dog sanctuary to expand there grounds which means less dogs having to go to kill shelters" madison suggested
"that's actually a really good idea I think i just found my next fundraiser" Sam smiled he was really impressed by Madison's idea
"I also want to donate to the cause do I give you the money or do I write a check" Madison asked
"If you want to do a bank transfer I can give it to the organisation" Sam replied answering the girl's question
"instead of bank transfer do you have venmo" madison asked
"yeah here give me your phone I'll put in my number" Sam smiled as the girl held her phone out for him to take inputting his details before handing it back to her
"sent" Madison smiled as Sam's phone dinged he took it out his jaw dropping
"what twenty five thousand madison I can't accept this" Sam said shaking his head
"yes you can Sam i think what your doing is incredible so I want to help I have a dog and if I could I would personally drive around and rescue every dog but I can't so please accept the money" madison said
"okay I will accept the money but are you sure and what dog do you have" Sam smiled still shocked
"golden retriever" madison smiled
"I take it you have a dog also" madison chuckled
"yeah Leo he's my best friend" Sam smiled
"Is that pathetic to say" Sam chuckled awkwardly scratching the back of his head
"no Milo is my best friend" madison chuckled
"I guess we are both pathetic then" Sam laughed
"we don't deserve dogs" madison said
"I know" Sam nodded
"I'll let you get back to training I just wanted to tell you my idea" madison smiled walking away
"wait madison" Sam said causing the girl to turn around
"yeah" madison asked flipping her hair
"would you like me to help plan the fundraiser" Sam asked
"your sure" madison asked
"of course it was your idea" Sam smiled
"yeah of course I'll help" madison smiled nodding her head
