Chapter 1
I BOUNCED ON THE TIPS OF MY TOES TO MY HEELS, MY movements filled with exitement like it was flowing throughout my arms and out of my body
Although it was partially a sad day I barely even processed that part, my entire being just wanting to be back in forks and seeing my dad so much that I barely even cared. Which I figured was quite mean since my mum and stepdad have been looking after me for all these years
Though I didn't have a choice with that one
But now sister Bella wanted to live with my dad so my mum could go travelling with her boyfriend Phil who is a semi pro baseball player
So my mum agreed and my wish finally came true. I can finally go back to Forks
"don't seem too happy to leave us" my mum said with a teasing smile
"Sorry" I smiled sheepishly "I will miss you guys but I haven't seen dad if forever now" it was true. when my mum and dad split up I would go see him during the holidays but once I turned 13 and Bella wanted to stop seeing him my mum couldn't be bothered to just send me on my own so I could never go
"I know sweetie"
"Bella, do you have everything you need?" Phil asked
"Yeah"
"Athena, do you?"
"Yes" I nodded rapidly and he smiled ruffling my hair which I swatted away with a laugh
Mum: "Are you sure? You have your medication right?" I dug in my pocket, my tongue sticking out slightly as I rummaged through my pockets and once I grasped it i held up the orange container and shook it, the ratting nose making mum nod
"Good. And you'll remember to get a refill once you're at forks?"
"I'll go crazy without it" I murmered shaking when my mum sent me a pointed look. It was true though and we all knew it. She just didn't like for me to say things like that in front of her
"Bye girls" she hugged me first whilst phil hugged bella and then we switched, me hugging phil goodbye
"Take care of eachother"
"We will mum" bella assured her

After a long and painful plain ride we finally arrived at forks. it wasn't that bad on the scene me and Bella just watched movies and besides the flight wasn't that long
"I don't know why I agreed to this" bella mumbled as she picked up her luggage and walked over to me as mine came out first
We started making our way out of the airport
"It was your idea" I reminded as I looked up to her. even though she didn't want to be here I am glad she is. because although me and Bella aren't super close she is the only friend I have
