Winnie woke up, to the light from the window blinding her vision, and her obnoxious alarm clock blaring in her ear. Her alarm clock was practically assaulting her, and if this wasn't the biggest day of her life, she would've pressed snooze and gone back to the snug bed.

Dragging herself out of bed, and looking around the room, she suddenly remembered the absurd events that occurred last night.  Still shocked that Taylor Swift, like TAYLOR Swift, had let her stay the night in her house, she hoped that Taylor didn't have a change of heart overnight.

Stepping out of the guest room, she was greeted by Taylor, engrossed in The Nightingale on the couch. Unaware of how to let her know that she was awake, she awkwardly opened and closed the door, debating if she should go talk to her.

"Oh, sorry honey I didn't see you standing there. We plan to leave around 11 and pick up Gracie and Phoebe, its only 7 so we have 4 hours, so please, go make yourself comfortable." Taylor said, patting the cushion next to her insinuating that Winnie should sit next to her.

Sitting down a distance away from Taylor, her body still subtly nervous around the older woman. Picking up on the little girl's nerves, she wrapped an arm around her, pulling her in tight.

"I don't want to push you too far, but what happened yesterday? In the car and at your house." Taylor asked, she obviously had not slept off her concern last night.

"I mean, ill tell you but I don't want you to think like I'm dumping my problems on you."  Winnie laughed knowing that it wasn't a joke, and she was petrified of chasing her away. "Also, I am so, so sorry for making you drive across town to come pick me up, You really dont have to do that."

"Winnie, if you apologize one more time, I'm gonna start crying, You are FINE, and I mean it. If I didn't want to come pick you up, I wouldn't have." Taylor said, now pulling the girl in so far, that she was practically sitting on her lap.

"Well, I was sitting in my room and a guy came upstairs and," Winnie cut herself off, wondering if she should confess what the man had really done "And he was really pissed and screamed at me to get out, and I tried to fight back and he just got even angrier, so I ran out of the house. Then when you picked me up, I don't remember much of the real car ride, but I had a dream where you and my mom were in the car, and you were both just mad at me. But yeah I guess that's it" She vented, scanning Taylor's face for any emotion she could pick up on.

"Did he, did he hit you?" Taylor stuttered as if she was scared of the answer.

"Yeah, but don't worry it didn't hurt, and it was really easy to cover up, it didn't bruise to bad" Winnie tried to make light of the situation

"Winnie." Taylor started, getting off the couch and on her knees so she and the much, much shorter girl were at eye contact. "Don't ever downplay what you go through and what you've gone through, You can always, always, always come to me if something happens, and I mean it. I'm not just saying it to pity you, if anything ever happens, big or small, you can always text, call, or show up at my door, and I'll let you in with open arms. I will always be here for you" Taylor held Winnie's hands and didn't break eye contact with her the whole speech.

Winnie was at a loss for words, Nobody ever cared about her the way Taylor did, and honestly, most people didn't care about her, period.

She tried to quickly recover from the act of kindness, but couldn't power through, and ended up awkwardly trying to suppress and hide her cries while avoiding eye contact.

Taylor noticed her sniffles and gently pulled her chin up to continue their ongoing eye contact. "I will always be here." She said, rubbing Winnie's hands.

Through her tears, Winnie tried to show Taylor how grateful she was, but to her, it came out as weak, like she didn't really care.

"You, you're like a really good person" She laughed

"Thank you for saying that!" Taylor said, pulling Winnie up and into a hug. "Now, go get ready" Taylor pushed Winnie out of her arms and kissed her on the forehead

Gracie got into the back next to Winnie, and Phoebe called shotgun (which she had made CLEAR in their group chat) next to Taylor. The quad began to talk, and Winnie was exceptionally excited and talkative, deeming her the extrovert of the group.

"I freaked out for like, a week every time I remembered that I was really doing this. I mean this is a stadium, I didn't think my music would be known till I was in my twenties, but here I am! On my way, to a fucking STADIUM to sound check" Winnie exaggerated her words on the last sentence. Honestly, she was still freaking out, a little nervous, a little excited, a little scared, a nice mix of emotions.

"Bro I know, your out here changing lives blondie" Phoebe added, hitting Taylor on the shoulder, earning a motherly "tsk" from Taylor.

As Phoebe and Taylor became more engaged in their quarrel, they left Gracie and Winnie to figure themselves out, and after an awkward second of both the girls pretending to look outside the window, they began their conversation.

"I was obsessed with Minor when it came out, I try not to fangirl but your music is INCREDIBLE" Winnie said, chopping the awkward silence with a butcher knife

"Thank you, but you are a lyrical GENIUS, 'the 1' single handily pulled me through this year." Gracie widened her eyes, truthfully, Winnie's album was the best she had heard in a while.

After small talk about their albums, and upcoming music, the four girls played Never Have I Ever, discovering incredible things about each other that they didn't know, and solidifying their bond with one another, not just as friends, but as sisters.

So sorry this is so short! I wanted to say two things 1. I'm on Varsity swim and preseason has NOT been kind. Updates won't be as often because I am EXAUHSTED, and 2. Obviously, I cannot write any songs, so all of the songs on Winnie's albums will be random songs that I like
