Background: Kouki Sakamoto is the next Kamen Rider Blade, he is the successor or Kazuma Kenzaki. When he was a kid, he is a huge fan of Kamen Rider especially Blade, and he is living with his older brother and his sister in law when they take care of Kouki after his parents passed away. Kouki meet Seiji and become best friends, Kouki thought Seiji is a serious but he found out Seiji is a comedy idiot and meme lover, when Kouki got beat up by Delinquents while Seiji watch him and Kouki was annoyed as he decide to beat those bully who annoyed him. One day when Kouki decide to buy groceries until he saw a cat and a mouse chase around the street of Tokyo, he stop their fight and see they doesn't have owner, he ask the police but Tom and Jerry doesn't want to go back and Kouki feel bad for them as he learn the owner kick them out. He decide to take care of them in the apartment and always deal with them when they mess his room. One day, Kouki decide to let his pet walk around the park and see Seiji is jogging as they hang out together with Tom and Jerry until Aurora Curtan took them and they were in office room of Neo BOARD. They see it was Sakuya Tachibana who is the CEO of Neo BOARD and and Tsukasa as he explain that they chosen to save the world from Undead. They accept the deal as Kouki become the next Kamen Rider Blade and go to another world.
