The afternoon sun filtered through the window of the cozy cafe, casting warm hues across the tables and wooden floors. Y/N sat alone at her favorite corner, sipping her latte and absentmindedly flipping through an art magazine. The quiet ambiance was a welcome break from her bustling schedule, allowing her a moment of solitude to process the whirlwind of emotions that had enveloped her.

Her thoughts wandered to the recent developments in her life. Seojun had become an integral part of her routine, a friend who could turn even the dullest moments into something interesting. Yet, the more she got to know him, the more she realized how complicated his life was. The dynamics between him, Jukyung, and their mutual friend Suho had started to perplex her.

She sighed, gazing out of the window at the passersby on the street. Her heart felt heavy, and she couldn't shake off the unease that had settled within her. Seojun's interactions with Jukyung seemed to be growing more frequent and intimate. They laughed together, shared inside jokes, and their camaraderie was palpable. Each time Y/N witnessed it, a pang of jealousy gnawed at her.

She took a deep breath, trying to rationalize her feelings. After all, she and Seojun were just friends, weren't they? But there was an undeniable tension between them – a connection that went beyond friendship. She had sensed it in his lingering glances, his genuine smiles, and the way he always made time for her. Or so she thought.

A familiar voice broke through her reverie. "Mind if I join you?"Startled, Y/N looked up to find Suho standing by her table, a friendly smile on his lips. She quickly nodded, tucking a loose strand of hair behind her ear. "Oh, hi Suho. Please, have a seat."He settled into the chair across from her, and she couldn't help but admire his easygoing charm. Suho had a calming presence that she found comforting. "How have you been?" he asked, his gaze warm and inquisitive.

Y/N offered a genuine smile. "I've been good, thanks. Just taking a breather from everything.""Sounds like a plan," Suho replied, his eyes crinkling at the corners. "Sometimes we all need a moment to escape the chaos."As they chatted about various topics, Y/N found herself opening up to Suho in ways she hadn't expected. They discussed art, dreams, and even shared a few lighthearted stories about their childhood. The ease of their conversation was refreshing, and she felt a sense of camaraderie that she cherished.

Yet, as the conversation flowed, a nagging thought lingered at the back of her mind. What if her feelings for Seojun were nothing more than a one-sided infatuation? What if he saw her only as a friend, while his heart belonged elsewhere? The mere possibility of it made her chest tighten with an odd mixture of sadness and jealousy."I've been meaning to ask," Suho said, interrupting her thoughts. "You seem distant lately. Is everything okay?"

Y/N hesitated, her fingers tracing the rim of her coffee cup. She debated whether to share her feelings with Suho, who had become a close friend. "I guess I've been a bit confused," she finally admitted, her voice barely above a whisper.Suho leaned forward slightly, his expression compassionate. "About what?""Well," Y/N began, taking a deep breath, "it's about Seojun and Jukyung. They've been spending a lot of time together, and I can't help but feel...jealous."

Suho's eyes softened, and he leaned back in his chair, processing her words. "Jealousy is a natural emotion," he said gently. "But have you considered that there might be more to their relationship than what meets the eye?"Y/N frowned, her brows furrowing in confusion. "What do you mean?"

Suho gave her a thoughtful look. "Sometimes, things are not as they appear. People have their own struggles and reasons for behaving the way they do. It's easy to misinterpret intentions."Her heart raced as she considered Suho's words. Perhaps she had jumped to conclusions too quickly. Maybe there was more to Seojun and Jukyung's interactions than simple camaraderie. She realized that she needed to communicate with Seojun and clarify her feelings."Thank you, Suho," Y/N said sincerely, her gaze meeting his. "You always know how to put things in perspective."

Suho smiled, his eyes warm and reassuring. "Anytime. Friends are here to support each other."As they continued talking, Y/N felt a weight lift off her shoulders. The jealousy that had clouded her thoughts was slowly dissipating, replaced by a renewed sense of understanding. She was determined to confront Seojun about her feelings and seek the truth, no matter how difficult the conversation might be.

Little did she know, this decision would mark a turning point in her journey, setting the stage for revelations that would reshape her connection with Seojun and guide her towards a deeper understanding of both herself and the complexities of love.
