My POV: If Patricia had a nightmare this would probably be her reaction..and luckily for her...it was just a nightmare...
It was the middle of the night, where Patricia is sleeping peacefully in her room..but there's one thing that she never experienced....a Nightmare..it was new to her to have nightmares especially whenever she has her anxiety attacks...and especially her hidden fear....Thantophobia..
Also, if you guys don't know what Thantophobia is, it's a fear of losing someone you love (Whether it's friends, family or even the ones you're close with)

Since her nightmare is so intense she shot herself awake and quickly gets up from her bed and breathing heavily..
