"Where'd you think the cursed spirit boss is?" Yuji questioned as the seven of them ran across the forest in a group
"The cursed spirit what?" Sae snorted "It was probably released halfway between both schools, but it's probably not just gonna sit still" panda said
"At the time that we agreed, we'll split up into the megumi squad and the panda quad for scouting, we'll be counting on you after that, Yuji" maki said
"Don't be nervous yuji, todo's easy to beat once you know his fighting style" Sae smiled as a spider like curse appeared
"Where are you going?" It spoke as panda lunged at it "Todos here" Sae yelled as the man burst through the curse moments later
"Great you all here!" Todo yelled "Sae! Fight me!" Todo grinned "No thanks" Sae said blowing a kiss at todo as the six of them scattered into their respective groups leaving yuji to fight todo
"How could you tell todo was coming before my divine dog?" Megumi asked and him Maki and Sae made their way through the forest. "I could see a change in the temperature and air density" Sae said as the two gave her confused looks. "How?" Maki questioned as Sae shrugged
"Todo was alone" Megumi commented "We were right to swap yuji into that role" mail said

"It's strange, all the Kyoto students are moving together" Megumi pointed out as him Sae and maki rested
"And towards the area we left yuji in" Maki said
"I told you guys, they might try to kill him" Sae stated as her teammates turned to look at her
"It's highly likely principle Gakuganji ordered them to, it would make sense as to why we haven't met any of them, they're travelling in a group" Sae explained
"Then what should we do?" Megumi questioned
"Let's turn back for good measure," Maki said "Sorry" Megumi mumbled
"What are you apologising for? There's no point in winning or losing the exchange event if our friend dies" Sai said as Maki hummed in agreement

"Mai, mechumaru, cover nishimiya" Noritoshi said as the group split up, giving Sae and megumi the perfect opportunity to ambush while maki went after Mai Sae drew her blade clashing with miwas, the blue haired girl quickly drawing her sword and blocking saes attack "That's some quick reflexes you've got there" Sae said to the girl
"Kamo, are you guys, trying to kill itadori?" Megumi asked "So what if we are" Noritoshi answered
