"No way.." Sae mumbled as a man who wore a manic smile made his way through the whole megumi had created
"He has no cursed energy, like me and maki..." Sae thought as she watched the man snatch makis playful cloud out of her hand flinging the girl backwards as Noabito held the same look he'd givin Sae a few minutes prior.
Nanami and Megumi were discussing something, but all Sae could focus on was the man that walked past her She was snapped out of her trance by megumis gental hand pulling her away from the man who made his way to Noabito
"Toji?!" The head of the zenin clan almost shrieked as Saes eyes widened. "That's Toji??" Sae gasped
"What is this guy?? He has zero cursed energy like that girl.." Dagon said quickly glancing at Sae which proved to be a mistake as Tojo quickly closed the gap between the two of them to which Dagon tried to counteract by sending abhors of shikigamis his way, the man making light work of them
"Him and Sae use similar moves.." Maki said as she watched the man intently "Are you two related??" Megumi said as Sae gagged "No he's a zenin! That would mean we're related" She said as maki and megumis eyes widened "You know him?" Maki asked "Nah, but he's like an urban legend or some shit," Sae said
"Hey geezer, who the hell is that?" Maki asked as Naobito grunted
"A ghost"
"We'll we're gonna have to bet on him for now.." Nanami sighed, just then, toji began rubbing playful cloud together making an ear screeching sound, something Sae had done to her version of it a while back
"I like how he thinks" Sae said still holding a serious expression as she watched toji stab Dagon through the head managing to exorcise the curse to her astonishment, this was the man she'd heard people talk about for years, she'd heard people tell her she'd turn out just like him over and over again calling him a disgrace a stain a screwup but she'd never got to see this man's raw strength and skill
Everything from the way he carried himself, the way he held his weapons were careful and precise yet at the same time crazed and dangerous. "He kinda looks like megumi" she thought as Dagons domain came undone
Tojo analysed each one of five sorcerers that stood infront of him looking for the strongest, suddenly his eyes landed on Sae realising her and the other girl with glasses were the same as him, but the curly haired one was stronger
Without saying a word, he raced towards Sae attempting to stab her in the head which she immediately blocked taking out her double edged sword and lunging at the man in an attempt to cut him or wear him out , who was she kidding, this guy was not gonna get tired, while she was thinking he punched her right in her left eye with such force she was sure there would be permanent damage
Sae managed to deflect each attack toji used on her out of pure instinct, she heard megumi and maki calling her name but she knew if she tried to turn her back he would get her, toji knowing the same was said for the girl as she tried to outrun him, the zenin following close behind and attempting to swipe at her as she used her sword to cut off some of his fingers taking him by surprise and kneeing him in the face swapping her blade for her spear again and attempting to trip toji over to which he sighed elbowing her in the face as she caught his elbow grabbing his arm and attempting to throw him away as he lifted her up Sae using her body weight to make a safe land and flip toji on the ground
