Do you ever feel that you are demanding too much of yourself? At first you don't want to admit it, because we compare our life with others and try to think that we are not demanding too much of ourselves, that it's just life. But if you understand this, it's because, yes, you are demanding too much of yourself.

If you live worried about your actions and their consequences, if you never sleep peacefully, if you always have that thought "I have to do this because it's the right thing to do", if you spend hours criticising both your physique and the way you are, if every day you question whether you really deserve to be where you are.

If this was the message you were looking for, take a break, forget about everything, about all those things that make you feel that you are not good enough, after all, we are human beings, we make mistakes, we learn and we make mistakes again.
