There's a minute of silence as Choi Han peeked his head from the kitchen, dark grey eyes meeting with dark browns that shooted glares at him. The korean blinks, gulping down the vegetables. He awkwardly brought up his hand to wave.
"Hi?" Choi Han quipped after swallowing the food.
The old man stared at the 'younger man' in disgust before shaking his head, looking a bit resigned for no reason at all.
"It seems the young master has aided you," Ron mumbled, voice unimpressed. "Of course, he would... what a naive little puppy."
Choi Han raised a brow, a bit offended by the lack of respect. "Can it, old man. I'm respectfully trying to savour this food I've been given." He bit back, sticking his tongue out with a little blep.
Ron bit the urge to sigh at the childish action. "Well, hurry yourself. I need to exactly know about this... visual thing you have going on."
It had been a surprise when a dark aura had been lingering around. Ron could not let such thing wander so aimlessly with bad intentions and it was even more of a shock that the said danger introduced itself later on with a confused yet determined expression. Even more when the said danger mentioned about the organisation, it sent alarm bells in his head. Going straight into action in a hallway was of course for safety identity reasons. We wouldn't want little rabbits and sheeps finding about him being an assasssin now, would we?
"I dunf know-aum if ye nom," The dark-haired boy says, chomping down on the meat - making the old man shudder in disgust. What type of barbarian is this guy? Choi Han swallows, "But the visions aren't exactly as accurate."
"Who goes up to a person and says their name and inquires if they are an assassin?" Ron dryly mentioned.
Choi Han shamelessly said, "Me, obviously."
The old man's lips pulled up into a smile of distaste, left eye twitching. Ron's eyes drifted to a small tuff of red hair by the stairs, his eyes smiled in amusement at a little puppy eavesdropping, "Hm."
Cale thinks that the two men should keep it down, for the sake of his ridiculous overthinking mind. If they went further with their conversation, he should've probably known the reason of all it came to be and also why Ron left with this guy. It seems to be the same reason too, he had a bit of an inkling that it wouldn't be as... fun to know.
He heard a chair being dragged, probably Choi Han who can be heard putting his plate on the sink. There's a sudden thought that comes to mind, he should've totally let Choi Han do the dish work.
"What do you want to know exactly?" Choi Han's voice sounded out through the quiet household. Cale could clearly see the difference between this Choi Han's voice and his timeline's Choi Han.
The Choi Han who beat him up clearly had a rougher hoarse voice while this one sounded uniquely young and awkward but also lax.
"The men that you said." Ron's voice is as cold.
"Oh..." Choi Han pondered, "Those people with the star-like emblem? If I remember it right, should be appearing in the village who helped me learn. Um, harris village. Kind people. That, uh, I think they invaded the village and killed everyone there—which is obviously not right as a person who values justice and all that."
"Yes, that is the arm organisation." Ron told the other with no little expression, as if he was remembering something hideous and it took Cale not to breathe louder.
"It's possible that they are searching for something..." Choi Han tilted his head, "I do not know because the vision showed me that I was walking out of that forest while I was holding herbs then there is fire, massacres everywhere."
